Prof - “… a margin call …” lasting months and months …really !
Maybe you’d just prefer the drip drip down on low volume so you can accumulate as cheaply as poss.
Prof - you have a strange view on a profitable trading range . Each to own view .
Doc -
Cut and past from Google doesn’t matter
It’s taking the time and trouble to search and find what’s relevant that matters
Thank WOS
Oh dear the sarcasm of Doc and Prof is just showing themselves up. Yet if you found some research they could benefit from they’d be secretly trading in the info to their advantage and share nothing except a feigned depressive mood
Dozzawba- I see “ The Stain” is still getting in everyone’s nerves. You’ve hit the nail on the head with your comment “ narcissist “ It’s what they do for attention because otherwise their lives are so empty - oh and thick skinned too since they see everything and everyone is being there to serve them and that void inside them !
Glad the stain is now a green box !
I bet WOS has gone to Santas hideout in Lapland to get the LP sign off document , wrap it in a DQE wrapping paper and leave it under a super sized Yurt ready for opening by BP on the last trading day 😁
I agree with Manxkipper - your posts are good WOS . I’ve always liked your enthusiasm and selfless efforts to share data and research on items you’ve found . Ignore the depressive bully boys and reconsider posting here as I like your enthusiasm . We all want and hope things would move faster in Mongolia but your eagerness is not the problem it’s the slowness of their bureaucratic systems that is and I suspect many of your critics are unfairly venting their frustration on you.
I hope you’ll reconsider as we are so close now . All the best anyway .
Well , if you were a betting man , and we all are to some extent if we’re invested here, I’d say even the Locals must see they need their own refinery , their own supply , and an element of independence to end their complete dependence on their big neighbours for transport fuels, as in 21st century “yak power” just ain’t enough. Especially since I bet the herders are running around in Toyota Land cruisers !!!
Well at least the. “ stain” seems to be quiet today !
What a nation , they seem to love the sound of their own voices and navel gazing rather than actually taking action to achieve anything or alleviating their own fuel shortages long term
Thornogson - I can’t see because filtered but see that stain still needs some stronger bleach .
Wooster - give it a year and hang in their for 30p +
So the herders fuel travel costs to the local meeting are being reimbursed for around $20 each .
Does anyone see an irony in their being paid for diesel yet resisting its production !!
I suspect we’re looking at late next week before the big RNS
Gosh Dozz - I didn’t realise that !!
Must have missed the great research you guys do on that point .
Certainly all coming together
And remember MB said all the tanks and pipework to equip H1 and start production is all bought and in country storage ready for putting it on line quickly although now likely to start 2024
Quite right Hamm
Capex website:-
“ Oil Forecast & Price Predictions – Summary
Oil price prediction Q4 2023: Whilst a move above $100 seems possible in Q4, it remains debatable as to whether it can close above it after such a strong Q3. EIA forecasts WTI to average $86.65 in the last quarter of the year, and BRENT to average $90.65.
Oil price prediction 2024: Extended voluntary cuts to Saudi Arabia's crude oil production and expectations of higher global demand have raised the institutional forecast to $95-100 for BRENT and $90-95 for WTI. “
Hold for 18 -24 months till it gets two seasons drilling and by then 30p plus
Having held since Heron first discovered I reckon we’ve gone through the pain so all ahead is gain as we become a “home grown “ oil producer in a favoured position with some renewables thrown in and a land bank if other licences
DQE deal = No need for a Raise
Interesting article:-
Arguing with someone who has narcissistic traits can leave you confused , hurt and its fruitless .
People on the narcissism spectrum — from those with narcissistic traits to those with diagnosed narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) — may have an intense desire to win arguments, as it helps keep their ego intact.
At times, it may seem as though they’ll accomplish this by any means necessary. As a result, there are many things people with narcissistic traits say in an argument to gain the upper hand.
Talking to someone with narcissism can be a challenge. This article looks at some narcissistic argument techniques, why people use them, and ways to protect yourself.
Research shows that those who live with narcissism often carry an innate sense of victimhood, which is why they might shift the blame over to you, someone else, or another external factor they have little control over.
Shifting blame and defensiveness can sound like:
• “It’s not my fault, it’s because of you/money/stress/work.”
• “If you wouldn’t have done this, I wouldn’t have done that.”
• “You knew what you were getting into; this is just the way that I am.”
If you can’t spot what’s happening when someone plays the victim card, you may find yourself feeling bad and apologizing for a perceived slight.
Deflecting away from the argument
When faced with indisputable proof (like receipts, photos, e-mails), someone with narcissistic traits may redirect attention back onto you as a distraction.
Deflection can include:
• Indirect or non-answers: bringing unrelated details into the mix.
• Prior arguments: bringing up old issues, particularly your prior “offenses.”
• Guilt-tripping: “After everything I’ve done for you, this is how you repay me?”
• Projection: accusing you of exactly what they are doing.
Ah of course , the Stain is up early making valuable contributions to the board again !!!! NOT !!!
