Do we have any date for announcement or is it sometime in the Spring?

So we finished a smidge under £3 this year, as a relatively new holder in RR the last 3 Mon has been incredible, where do we go in 24?

I'd be very happy with £3.50+ by Spring (Ducati Panigale purchase time) however the thought of £4 at some point next year would be beyond my wildest dreams.

GLA and a rewarding 2024 to all.

The expectations of £3 by Christmas came good £3.50 by results day would be absolutely brilliant.

Rr101. Although the order was announced in principle a few weeks ago, my understanding is that it needed Government approval but I may be wrong .

But what fantastic business for Airbus and RR.

Good news that the Turkish order has now been confirmed 70 a350s very nice, disappointed that the SP didn't react accordingly but perhaps next week we may get back closer to £3

Freetrade after hour numbers always different to Google and LSE

at 23.10pm tonight Freetrade showing a price of £3.09 at close it was showing £3.01 how and why do the figures differ so much ?

Thai not too happy apparently with RR.

Need that big Turkish deal to come good.

As I've posted a few times before as a holder of just under 4000 shares, I'm just amazed at the way this share has gone since I first bought in, it seems as though every day that Ducati is coming closer to fruition.

Have to ask why does anyone bother with Boo ? when RR has gone from 86p to its present SP at £3.04 in 12 months !

Despite a rise today the RNS re Black Rock is it good or bad for the SP ?

I don't understand what it means .

So with 2 weeks to go is the SP going to hit £3 before Christmas ?

I'm up £209 so far today certainly nothing in comparison with many others, but happy and more £s towards the Ducati:)

Hope today's drop reverses tomorrow.

As a holder of RR who has not been in this position before (up 22%) can I ask a really basic question?

Some have posted stating that they have taken profits in simple terms are they selling number of shares held equal to the profit made therefore reducing the number of shares held ? so if the SP continues to increase the total gain would be less as holding a reduced number of shares (or have I just answered my own question)

Sorry to be thick but in the past I have not taken profits in other companies hoping that the SP would continue to increase but unfortunately some didn't and getting greedy waiting for a recovery to come and it didn't (Cineworld for one)

Did well with Boo a few years ago and sold entire holding at £3.74

Hammerson sold at 35

Morrison's also made a few hundred quid.

Easy jet also about £1k profit.

@ GrahamC72, I also lost a fair amount on Cine perhaps with RR we can recover some if not all of our losses.

After my post last regarding taking some profit I decided to stay with RR at this rate Ducati Panigale could be possible if it eventually goes to £3.50 :)
