Take no notice of the Newbies, Trolls, De-rampers etc. As we all know, they take great delight in disrupting the flow of information on BB's and in goading anyone who may hinder or delay their "fast buck" quest. On the brighter side, they usually disappear at the same speed that they arrived. Shallow, uninformed and lacking any moral judgement or scruples.

As difficult as it may seem, keep up the good work mate. I am sure that many investors on this BB do appreciate your experience and extremely valuable input. Good or bad.

Do the maths and work out (for yourself) how many additional shares Lenigas would have had if the VWAP share price had been based on today's closing price of 4.28p and not the 5.6148 pence per share that was agreed earlier.

A good discounted deal for Angus I think!!!

It will be interesting to see if Lenigas holds or sells the 8,324,024 shares that were taken as part of the Doriemus/Angus deal for the Lidsey licence.

My guess is that he will sell soon/sell on the next spike to bolster Doriemus's balance sheet.

Special Resolution:

To dis-apply statutory pre-emption rights relating to the allotment of relevant securities.

In today's post, I received a letter listing the upcoming resolutions for the Angus Energy PLC AGM which is scheduled for 29 March 2019.

In total there are eight Ordinary Resolutions and one Special Resolution to consider.

Unless Angus has plans to further develop Lidsey sometime in the distant future. Only then will we know if it has been a wise decision and financially beneficial to the company.
