So what stops Angus releasing an RNS at any time up to or during the day of the 11th July (even up to 17.00 hrs prior to the) Conference Call?

Answer - Nothing!

Obviously they had something already planned on the 24th June when the notification RNS was released:

I can't recall Angus informing the market of the depth at which the bridge plug has been set. Accordingly and until they do or I am proved wrong, no one outside of the company or the contractors who set the plug are in the know.

Your 56m assumption is therefore just an assumption.

What about the 30 April 2019 RNS,

"A total of 70,824,700 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") have been placed by WH Ireland Limited with new and existing investors (the "Placing") at a price of 4.25 pence per share (the "Issue Price")".

I'm sure that these investors have faith in Angus and it's BoD even if you don't have.

interesting to see the results of the OO and how many of shareholders (and who if applicable) bought into the 10,761,858 new Ordinary Shares (at a price of 4.25 pence per share) that were on offer.

Certainly, if you could acquire millions of shares at 4.25p, had insider knowledge on Angus's potential and had the financial clout to buy now, some might say that this was an exclusive coup!

Like I said before, the OO may be seen as a distraction that will entice PI's to buy up spare shares from the open market (cheaper) and below the OO price of 4.25p. When the OO closes, the only place to buy shares will be the through the open market where there is likely to be fewer spare shares available.

The big question still remains, who is selling below 4p?

A signed fax is a legal document which can speed up a process considerably. Obviously, the original signed document would follow on afterwards by snail mail.

The Football Transfer Deadline is just one example of it's use and why they are still in use today.

Similar thoughts had crossed my mind too.

Why have a meeting when a simple telephone call/email and a follow up fax/signed and agreed document would suffice. Other than that, could it be a new presentation/new findings or could it be that Angus may want to give the good/bad news in person.

Surely, LL can't be collecting the cheques in person!

so, if you've already "dumped your Angus shares", why do you feel it necessary to continue to post here?

A quick question if I may.

In the unlikely event that the bridge plug does not seal correctly, I assume that another bridge plug could be placed on top of the original one and so on (to eventually seal off the water).

Have you ever known a bridge plug to fail and can the above be applied multiple times if it does?

In theory, it only takes one investor, yes one, to apply for all of the OO shares and the jobs done.

Why do this?

The II's took up the placing at 4.25p. Why don't you ask them!

Are the BOD's entitled/will the BoD's take up their entitlement???

It's also surreptitiously encouraging investors to part with their cash now, "buy up" shares at a bargain price of 4p ish and mop up all those free float shares that are in the market.
