YPF, Argentina and Burford ask Judge Preska for more time to conclude the Discovery. - They want to postpone everything, including the start of the trial, 2 or 3 months. - Preska in March warned that she was not willing to accept further delays. - On Monday we will know if you accept the order.

Agree, but it’s there in the filling. Something may be cooking ahead of what we expected. The other YPF case, both parties have already retained a mediator as ordered by the court. We’ll see.

The other YPF case (Maxus) have already hired a Mediator. In this there is no news yet and they are obliged to report it.
- In my opinion, the most responsible way to end this trial, no matter if you are YPF, Argentina or Petersen, is through an out-of-court settlement.

The news of the case for the expropriation of YPF was advanced. Minutes ago, both parties asked Judge Preska for more time (4/30) to present the news planned for next week.

Next week there will be news in the case for the PBI Coupon and perhaps in the case for the expropriation of YPF. - In total, there are claims against the State for almost USD 5,000 million.

If it means that a settlement figure could now be in the offing , it is more than likely that Burford shares will move from a day traders whim into more stickier hands.

Does this now mean that everything will slip by 3 months and that the trial will not now commence until September 2021? If I'm reading this right, it surely looks that way to me.

the MM's have partially released the brakes this morning having recently forced the SP down to gain shares ahead of Burford's business update - scheduled for Wednesday 17 Feb 2021.

Looks like the SP dropped to fill the gap on 02/03 Nov and the 633p low on 02 Nov.

Had a nice top up this morning to support my thoughts.

It looks like the shares have been transferred from Mithaq Capital to Mithaq Capital SPC (RNS 1 to RNS 2).

Looks like the gap up from 06 Nov to 09 Nov has been closed this morning.
