Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
P.S.
In my last post and link, take a look at the chart foot notes numbers 5 and 6.
Interesting.
This might work???

Hi, youonly.
No. That tweet is still live and can be found if you keep scrolling down Seb Maril's twitter page to 30 Sept 2022:
https://twitter.com/SebastianMaril
I've just tried it and it's still there. I'm reading it as I type.
At 11.21am on 30 Sept 2022, Seb Maril posted:
"The Argentine Republic submitted its Annual Report to the US SEC, updating the information on international litigation, with and without judgment. - For the first time, it publishes the potential damages associated with the trial for the exprop. of YPF (USD 8,400 million)". Attached to his comment above is a chart showing other possible potential damages.
Please DYOR and draw your own conclusions from this. Fwiw, I think that a $1 billion bond is a tadge too light.
The last couple of days downward SP (trading) movement has now closed the gap which formed between 10-11 Jan 2023 (718.5p to 730p). If can get an even playing field from here on in , the SP should once again start it's steady climb upwards.
Just my mumblings. DYOR.
ffc,
For some reason I have always thought that an RNS released anytime between 14.30 to 15.00 GMT would suit and be fair to both markets. Whilst the UK would only have a limited day's trading remaining in comparison with the USA which would have up to a full day's trading remaining, some major spikes would naturally smooth themselves out in the trading hours that the UK had.
Other than that, SP suspension prior to the Judge's decision followed by an agreed reopening price might could be the next best thing.
Worst case for me, an RNS released after the FTSE had closed whilst the NYSE was still open.
I must say that I am more interested in what time of day the ruling will be announced and which market/markets will be open or closed for business at that time.
A massive SP advantage could be gained here by either the NYSE or LSE with my point being, which one will benefit the most?
Nice YPF head rest covers.

P.S.
FWIW, the previous day's trading was the same. However, the volume on Monday was 466.22K with one massive trade on the bell.
Mates rates for the intended 400K Employee Benefit Trust share buy back. ;-))
TWT,
At close in the business in the USA yesterday, the SP clawed it's way back to $8 having been over $8 for most of the day.
Two after hours trades on Nasdaq (one for 5 shares, the other for 8 shares) then took the Sp up to $8.39.
I presume that these were trades that had spilled over/were left over from the previous day's trading.
The SP for today is likely to open at around the $8 mark unless of course we get some news.
Don't think so.
Below are recent short positions which have been reported by MarketWatch:
USA Short Interest 822.26K 09/15/22
USA Short Interest 872.58K 09/30/22
USA Short Interest 1.22M 10/14/22
USA Short Interest 1.19M 10/31/22
USA Short Interest 983.55K 11/15/22
So, unless more shorts have been added in the last week or so, the trend seems to have peaked and is now going down.
DYOR.
Just look at all those eligible Argentinian tax payer's in the crowd!

So Judge Preska, just a little matter of clearing up the YPF case now.
Has been paid into my Halifax Share Dealing account today.
Merry Christmas.
Youonly, look on the bright side.
Dividend to be paid on 01 December 2022 (Thursday) to shareholders on record as of 04 November 2022. For shareholders electing to receive their dividend in Sterling, the interim dividend is 5.542254 pence per ordinary share, based on the exchange rate of £1 = US$1.1277 set on 04 November 2022.
The money will probably hit most of our accounts on Monday 05 December onwards.
A nice little Xmas present don't you think.
Merry Christmas.
