We still have the 2M shares to be allocated to Colva, the lower the better so don't mind this small drop in SP. Hard to know who is selling as the share data is over a month old.
Posted 2 screenshots on Twitter for you. I have access to Bloomberg and they use a company which gets the share registery data quarterly. So next update I will see will be in April.

When was the last time you saw the shareholder registry data? Last one I have is from the 13th Jan 2020.
Yes, you're quite right that they are no longer taking over Colva, what you have missed is that they are going to issue Colva 2M shares in replacement on 1st March 2020. Copied below is the extract from the Annual Report.
"On 21 October 2019, an agreement was reached by the Company to suspend the share
purchase agreement in respect of Colva, with effect from 1 October 2019. In replacement of this
agreement, the Company will issue 2,000,000 shares on 1 March 2020 to Colva for continuing
services provided, subject to certain conditions being met."
John, what aren't you understanding?
Every year you will see the same resolution at the AGM about issuing shares. I can't find last years but I can bet they had the same resolution of £75,000 nominal shares of 0.001p. Shares outstanding before the last AGM was 126.335M, from Annual reports its now 201.635M. Equates to an increase of 75M shares.
They get permission at each AGM so that they can issue shares and dont have to get share holder approval each time they want to, sometimes you will also see they waive rights for shareholders so that they don't have to offer shareholders the option/chance to be involved in each raise. Alpha had a limit of shares they could issue this year and they just managed to do it, last month. They didnt issue the whole lot the day after the last AGM.
Also, we know they need to raise 2m shares, I haven't seen Doc's posting on twitter but he most likely is foreshadowing that raise and pointing it out to holders.
Not quite, the 52 weeks is in relation to the 52 week high that the bidder has paid. E.g. if someone bought Angus shares when they were 30p and then 50 weeks later decides to make an offer to takeover Angus, they cannot make an offer lower than the 30p as it falls within the past 52 weeks.
If they only recently bought shares at 6p and that is their highest paid price in 52 weeks they can't bid lower than 6p.
1) Why do you constantly start new threads with "angs"? Do you need help locating the reply button?
2) If they were forward selling then I don't think they would have reported the TR1 of holdings of 56,304,348 on the 8th. Good to see that their previous conversion shares were sold down though.
Just signed up on here and Twitter to get more involved. Also feel bad for reading twitter and forums and taking information but not contributing back!
Been invested since just after IPO and top sliced a few times at the end of last Summers rise. Currently see this as best opportunity for investment, thus I continue to buy more :)
Been reading the forum for over a year and been involved for some time. Really excited for news flow and progress this Summer.
Just over 2 weeks until council meeting, if its approved, which I am hopeful it is then this is the start of what could be an incredible time for Angus. Lidsey and Brockham underpin this share at 6p, without looking it Balcombe and additional flow/production from Brockham.
I can only think we are down here due to the placements, CEO dealings and delays in SCC but that will be history soon. I've been adding over the past few months and the 4's and 5's were a gift. Now over £38,000 invested @ 6.45p average and looking to add on any dips another £15K - £20K. Its ridiculous to see that which just 500 bopd from Balcombe and Brockham that we can easily retest the highs of last Summer.
Invested in Alba couple of weeks ago based on their share of HH and Brockham and low market cap, already up 80%+.
Invested in UKOG in June too on the basis that PR and sentiment should bring even more profit which I will be looking to Sell and move over the Angus prior to the SCC meeting!
Made a twitter account too which I have followed Alan and WotW. Any others active on there? Let me know and I will give you a follow. I'm @RelativeValues
Good luck everyone!
