I've reported your post as it is clearly defamatory. I will point out one thing though. You say:

The board of ODX haven't done that. The only person who has put the security of their family or children at risk is the investor. You'd have to be an idiot (and greedy) to risk money that you can't afford to lose.

It's funny how the relatively new accounts, with low post counts, are the most vitriolic and negative towards the board and ODX... almost as if they have an agenda.

As a long term holder with a significant level of investment, who sees beyond Covid, I'm happy to let my money ride. The core business is strong - despite what the naysayers and doom-mongers would have you think.

You're not going to get that. They've been to mandatory mediation and signed Heads of Agreement on payment. They'll have got a portion of what was owed - not all of it.

Interesting... it's a three month extension for professional POC tests and 6 months for self-test.

Suggests that all is not well in UKHSA (which would accord with what I'm hearing on the grapevine).

Interesting that, having failed miserably to ensure that applications under the CTDA process were processed efficiently, UKHSA and MHRA have had to ask the government to extend the CTDA Protocol by another 3 months. Embarrassing incompetence...

That's not correct. The MDR 2002 Protocol remains in force until 28 February.

In H1 2021/22 Global Health sales (which includes CD4) were up 170% on H1 2020/21.

In H1 2021/22 Health and Nutrition sales were up 62% on H1 2020/21.

That's despite being in the middle of a global pandemic when the attention of relevant agencies is focused elsewhere.

Long term investors can see where the value lies in this company.

Because the UKHSA and MHRA requirements apply across the UK... and they have yet to approve the ODX tests. Given the nakedly political approach being taken by both these organisations, going ahead in the manner suggested would almost certainly result in ODX being sent to the back of a very long queue.

Not my bag. Of course, if anyone actually has any evidence of wrongdoing they should raise it with the relevant regulator - rather than making potentially defamatory statements on here.

There are MPs who have picked up on this (Neil Hanvey being one). Questions are now being asked about UKHSA's and MHRA's management of the CTDA process... now that what ABHI and BIVDA warned about in November is coming to pass.

Plus I'm aware that at least two members of SAGE have expressed concern.

Yep. The published data for both suggests they're not as good as ours (or some of the other UK-made tests).
