The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
As far as I am aware they're not far off ready to move. I believe the CNS activity from Littleport is moving over first.
"Helps if there are people in the building. almost empty car park at their Littleport facility yet again. I regularly drive past and call in for a quick look but the place looks deserted. Certainly not a place doing over £100 million of trade. I do remember they wrote off £8 million to concentrate on covid at one point. There were supposed to be moving to a larger place in September 21 but this as never on the cards. I did ask but they couldn't give me any indication of an address or place."
The new site is going ahead. I'm aware of two local companies that have been involved in the build/fit out.
"Question is where us Jade who kept posting telling folks to vote NO ? Well done your action group work well.."
Many of the OSAG acolytes and enthusiasts seem to have disappeared all of a sudden. Job done?
@Goonerboy
I've reported your post as it is clearly defamatory. I will point out one thing though. You say:
"They have put the security of our families and children at risk with their lies and greed."
The board of ODX haven't done that. The only person who has put the security of their family or children at risk is the investor. You'd have to be an idiot (and greedy) to risk money that you can't afford to lose.
Your post says a lot about you...
*if
It's almost as it some people are wilfully unable to read and comprehend the contents of an RNS...
It's funny how the relatively new accounts, with low post counts, are the most vitriolic and negative towards the board and ODX... almost as if they have an agenda.
As a long term holder with a significant level of investment, who sees beyond Covid, I'm happy to let my money ride. The core business is strong - despite what the naysayers and doom-mongers would have you think.
"You have to think this goes back to placing price day after we get an RNS saying £8.5M is paid ?"
You're not going to get that. They've been to mandatory mediation and signed Heads of Agreement on payment. They'll have got a portion of what was owed - not all of it.
"Market Cap is what's owed from the Gov that may get paid in May lol"
The May judicial review is not related to payment of what DHSC owes.
"Did people vote NO for this squeeze or vote NO because they rather have omega go bust they have a chance to get some of there money make ? I wonder if Jade be around in few weeks time..."
Caley will be gone and on to the next grift shortly...
Interesting... it's a three month extension for professional POC tests and 6 months for self-test.
Suggests that all is not well in UKHSA (which would accord with what I'm hearing on the grapevine).
Interesting that, having failed miserably to ensure that applications under the CTDA process were processed efficiently, UKHSA and MHRA have had to ask the government to extend the CTDA Protocol by another 3 months. Embarrassing incompetence...
"Tomorrow a bunch of LFT manufacturers will loose their ability to selling in the UK as they will no longer maintain their pre-approval extension..."
That's not correct. The MDR 2002 Protocol remains in force until 28 February.
I would expect to see a flurry of approvals in the coming days...
Not sure who 'Green Richard' is but his conclusions are bo1locks...
In H1 2021/22 Global Health sales (which includes CD4) were up 170% on H1 2020/21.
In H1 2021/22 Health and Nutrition sales were up 62% on H1 2020/21.
That's despite being in the middle of a global pandemic when the attention of relevant agencies is focused elsewhere.
Long term investors can see where the value lies in this company.
"Why don’t ODX pick up the phone and sale Alva to the Scottish Government for £1m, with the understanding that they then produce the ODX LFT for the people of Scotland, so keep the test either free or very cheap as the profiteering middlemen are cut out of the chain."
Because the UKHSA and MHRA requirements apply across the UK... and they have yet to approve the ODX tests. Given the nakedly political approach being taken by both these organisations, going ahead in the manner suggested would almost certainly result in ODX being sent to the back of a very long queue.
"UK Regulators should spend more time regulating listed companies and CEOs"
Not my bag. Of course, if anyone actually has any evidence of wrongdoing they should raise it with the relevant regulator - rather than making potentially defamatory statements on here.
If one thinks ones losses on here are sizeable, they've got nothing on the average costs order for a defamation case...
The laws of defamation apply to posts on social media - including those made on this forum.
"Its got nothing to do with OSAG, they hold a meeting like this before any AGM, it's been done for years.
OSAG will ofcourse claim the credit for this as its convenient timing.
100% everyone vote no, i'm totally behind that, but this silly child led "OSAG" group will do more harm then good to shareholders by hounding the BOD on a hourly basis, sending silly messages on Linkedin, twitter and so on isn't going to help anyone will just push them further away and make the problem worse.
The fact the BoD have refused all interaction with "OSAG" says all."
This. 100%
"The whole thing stinks and my MP couldn't give a ****...lets just hope ODX can pull a rabbit out of the bag"
There are MPs who have picked up on this (Neil Hanvey being one). Questions are now being asked about UKHSA's and MHRA's management of the CTDA process... now that what ABHI and BIVDA warned about in November is coming to pass.
Plus I'm aware that at least two members of SAGE have expressed concern.
Blimey - they really *don't* like you mentioning V0x Market5 do they...
