Isn't Newfoundland proven to hold minimum 60m barrels STOIP and Ireland multi TCF potential, they also have some other decent plays but need some news on production i guess ?

Fully funded to take them into production before you ask which is probably about to start in next weeks. Revenue will be significant looking at the offtake export deals with Trasteel and domestic deals.

Not many at such a transformational stage though, first export production imminent just waiting for next news also reserves report upgrades.

Broker note out today valuation target 146p!- Update due on new reserves figures after drilling for over one year with five rigs across an area the size of Luxenbourg -huge potential and major production due to kick off in weeks with offtake deals in place for their coal.

Think if anyone was going to bid for SNRP now would be the time with production due to start for the first time and a reserves increase due out in CPR. They have already turned down a few approaches before - They have valuations out for 100p+ by industry experts so if they do get bid for again anything less than 50p will be a joke.

Should have said that 100p current valuation by Kernot is valued against a resource of 150m tonnes which has since been upgraded to over 200m tonnes which now includes premium Thermal Coal deposits. 200m tonnes proven resource comes from just 5% of the license area!.

I don't think the opposition ANC Youth League are anything to be concerned about. The leading party is clear on this matter and that they want and need International Investors to be a part of SA development as outlined by the Mining Minister Susan Shabangu last week. Some big buys this a.m gearing up for production?- then the big cash starts coming in starting at 70,000 tonnes per month of coal production.

Anyone done the figures?. Looking to start production at around 70,000 tonnes per month with SNRP's grade of Anthracite delivering a $25-30 premium per tonne- so would guess even with the fall back in CP they will be getting around $100 per tonne. 70,000 x $100 per tonne per month is a huge number to start with at current profit margins after costings- $7m per month!!!- say SNRP take 30% that would give them $2.1m per month on just 70,000 production- they are looking to produce 10m tonnes per annum as a longer term target- Just the start! .
