not hard to see why this project has to happen asap. the region is already suffering from an energy supply shortage with constant blackouts and that is even before the Chinese, India, S Korea demand comes in. so they have the demand both domestically and from overseas. need to exploit this situation and not sit back which hopefully they are doing?.

yasx. you obviously didn't attend the recent gm where it was stated again that they company still have the Chinese backing up to $30m when needs be. funding is no issue going forward now.
