who knows but needing a quality management team goes hand in hand with a class asset which has never been in doubt with me. they have now brought in more experience in the bod side. they are fully backed by the Australian government and the demand is urgent in the region so the project is vital for the area.

rising oil prices is good news for boil on a number of fronts despite the inactivity in sp but as ever this needs the bod to step it up. I expect a lot of news before end of 2017, fingers crossed! cash is decent and no debt plus $3.6m cash held in escrow.

nearer 1p would be good. obviously big things are happening behind the scenes with this 'world class' asset.

yes very low market cap for such an asset but it is down to the bod to realise the potential. they have still got the big backing $$$ for when the grand plan is in place.

if you were well researched you would know the answers to those questions. the new placees obviously see potential by putting their cash in and joining the bod.

yep price not great but investors have put Mr K on the bod so I am guessing they mean business! they obviously see value in the long term

yeah the CEO has stated numerous times the assets is 'world class', proven resource with further huge upside. lets hope one day the market cap will reflect this!

It was proposed by the placees that Mr Kloepper join the board so can't see this being a short term thing. They guys are very experienced in this sector and have put their money in. Sunlituplands agree. Altona still alive!.

as soon as Boil secure a farmin that would also release the escrow cash back to the company passing operatorship to a major, this stands at $3.6m. they already have a sound cash position and no debt but this will boost the coffers a fair bit!

I am expecting to see two major breakthroughs before year end as stated in the interims, possibly a third on block XX1 onshore Peru as it also states they are in talks with someone re farmout and drilling.

Karoons block (adjoining Z34) is in shallower water so hopefully it means them, either way I am encouraged to see big oil majors moving into offshore Peru. We have been told in rns's majors are currently looking at Z34 and it stated in the interims those interested will make a decision within two months on a farmin to Boil's Z34. fingers crossed!

whatever way you look at it offshore Peru is hotting up dyor. Oil major Anadarko have just acquired 6 offshore licenses, Perupetro are talking about another two deals with interested parties. Boil hold 50% of a drill ready block with a P50 2.2 billion barrels of oil. Expect Karoon and Boil are heavily involved in the talks as it mentions blocks in force majure which means Z34/38. I hope to see a very decent farmout soon.
