Do not look at the impact of poo on FRR but on a major. BP production is @100Mbpd so an increase of one dollar is significant to the amount they can spend/invest and Exxon are 4 times bigger. So what can they invest this windfall money on before the tax man come's along.

The market was vastly oversold yesterday and the MM need shares so put in a false rise followed by a steep drop to shake a few profit takers into selling early and set a few derampers on the board to scare or add doubt. FRR lth have been here so many times. Unless you're a day trader ir shorter leave the daily SP to them. ZaZa is calling there bluff and will drop news that will hurt them hard one fine morning not so far away.

Ok we have had to have permission from both Majors for FRR to mention they were in a NDA agreement and the Nomad would have to see the agreement to allow todays RNS. This and YJ mentioned that a SH meeting was on the cards this month indicates to me that an announcement is close (or what will all the questions be at the meeting be who,when, how much and not much else) the meaning will be tied to the NDA terms. If it was for an AGM that could have been delayed due to extenuating circumstances. News is close and will be transforming for the company (and SHs)

It's more than good. FRR will have been talking to these major companies for months before coming to a contractual NDA. These companies would have indicated the type and quantity of data they require before serious talks would begin. Hence the EWT and lack of news from the company. You can go back to the arbitration news as being key here as FRR would just prior to that inform GG that they were going into talks with XY and Z and they would also require to participate and agree plus sign a NDA. Hence bringing to the fore the disputed sunk costs recovery debates. GG want a bigger slice of what now looking like a large cake. Now here is the key O&G companies go into NDA to ensure they do not infringe financial rules whilst negotiations/price sensitive deals are worked.NDA are a big deal for a major as they know the impact that their name will have on the market. For FRR to get them to agree on todays RNS tells me that an in principle deal has been agreed. Next will be a RNS about a meeting then just before that a suspension RNS. Don't look at todays this week this month sp as it will be irrelevant.

If we are testing multiple zones then the etw is by no way excessive. If we failed to pay YA then we are in breach of our agreement that was RNS to the market. That would require notification to the market so we must be producing and selling oil at a reasonable level.ZaZa either wants to blow the market wide open or issue a failure RNS that would kill the company in one fell swoop. A failure would be any results below market expectations. BoD, Nomad, Market,ii investor and all SH know that . I do see a dribble of selling but not 100M so the larger investor/s seem happy to hold. So am l.

They can only be three results from the oil wells First is results as indicated and verified by test results so reserves may be booked. Second is that results are better than expected and testing has verified a stable flow rate and reserves can be booked to the balance sheet. Third is that results are poor than forecast and this is new news and will require market notification (previous RNS indicate indicative flow rates and that they might be better but NOT worse). Nomad would be in regular contact with FRR and insist on testing and flow updates so any fall off would have been picked up and acted upon by him as this is new price sensitive information. The oil are production wells (unlike the UD2) so market relevant. This is FACT and failure of the Nomad to insist on an RNS is against FCA regs and could lead to large fines, suspension and open to litigation.

Hi all, a very uneventful week/s but I’ve been busy elsewhere helping my son open up another pub. Glancing back over the days I think a few more of you should take a break and not obsess over the SP. MM helped by PI throwing the towel in has caused this to slowly sink despite FRR are selling oil and paying off debt. If FRR failed to pay off the debt the Nomad would insist that the market be told as the terms were set out in the RNS (any change would require notification). Yet again the Nomad would insist that the market be notified if FRR were encountering difficulties due to wells silting up and significantly reducing flow rates as they yet again RNS’d indicative expectations. We are lucky having a Nomad that has proven to keep a close eye on what is/has happened
So holding and waiting but not obsessing over the SP as I have no intension of selling

Off to sample a few beers in the pub that was the “Barley Mow” in Auf Weiderschen Pet (one for Coggy). Funny my sons nickname is Bomber – weird. He’s a suffering LTH - but has plenty of beer to compensate and drown our SP sorrows.

Last four RNS have basically been good but not up to the expectations of a lot of SH (mad talk of 10p party and all that). So we have PI's selling and the price falling and MM are happy to trade these shares and keep them in a tight but falling range. This spooks more PI's to sell and the MM will trade these too happily making a few % on each and every deal. I'm not saying don't sell if you have had enough but please don't post tripe to justify you sell. We al have our trading strategy and I now view FRR in a different light than I did last year and now its a slow backburner share that will turn around and produce a good return. However, they may surprise us all as Georgia is very much in vouge and say what you like FRR have proved they can get the oil out of the ground but gas will need investment (by others I assume). All it will take to change from a slow burner to a big bang is the completion of the BP pipeline and the desperate need to fill the pipe as Azerbaijan do not have the quantity to do this. This is a big issue as they need the volume of gas to keep a stable pressure or they will require a high number of pumping stations that have not been planned in. Last half of this year will be pivotal and I here to stay.

Sorry l personally do not want FRR to post more interim results just because a few SH get twitchy. The last four RNS with these sort of estimates caused the SP to fall. I will wait for the published flow rates as this is the only scenario that reserves can be booked to the balance sheet. If the wells are not performing then l would have thought that FRR would have issued with the UD2 news - most companies dump all bad news at once and not drip feeding it to the market. The only issue with UD2 was it was old and poorly cemented and the band aid did not hold as long as they would like, but it proved high pressure, high quality gas was in place that only needs proper drilling and casing to exploit - in my mind l fail to see how this could be the terrible news most are portraying. To me the box is still full and ready for exploiting.

FRR is not the company it was a couple of years ago - prospecting and hoping to sell into a market that was suffering all time low PoO. This created debt and without dilution and financial support of the BoD we would ALL have lost our investments either to Outrider or bankruptcy and therefore loss of license back to GG by defaulting.
We now have a debt plan, revenue stream, funded well program (oil) and a BoD that have invested in their company with just under 20%. Not many on AIM can claim that. Remember for every share sold there is a buyer so we seem to changing from get rich quick mob to those who see value (even if just 10 to 20% gain). SH have their own strategy and buy sell target prices but..... the fat lady hasn't started singing yet but I'm sure she is warming up her voice.

UD2 was an old well that ZaZa took a chance with a little work may stand up and deliver good data from various zones. In part it fully delivered but looking at the bore size and age of the Russian cementation this was never intended as a production well. So hence the O&G term Plug and abandoned - BP do this all of the time to test wells or old pipes. However, as ZaZa indicates they could side track higher up the bore to gather pressure and samples but I expect that everything they need to know about this well has been discovered. What UD2 did confirm is that the field is a high quality, high pressure, high volume asset that will need the proper drill and casement to unleash the beast. This currently is above the means of FRR (2 yrs if funding from oil revenue) but not of a major who would drill several located wells and balanced the pressure prior distribution.
FRR have Oil in play that each zone seems to be producing good quantities (people seem to forget that the flow rates are associated to a zone and there are several zones in play) and have the data that will deliver a very large gas play so talk of this being a failure is idiotic the reverse is true.
A bonus here is that the oil drills are finding good quanity of gas too.
So we have NO dusters, FRR have a great deal of valuable data and the A team is still in place and we are selling oil. All the info is there verified by the Nomad - read it and DOYR.
