VSA Capital recent update, apoligies if ' old news ' and already posted.......
" Amara has agreed to purchase private gold explorer, Amlib Holdings plc, in a share purchase agreement valued at US$11m, by issuing 51,846,782 ordinary shares. Amara will acquire US$10m cash, a drilling operation
(US$1.6m book value, which is expected to save the company US$2-3m in the next drill programme) and three Liberian exploration licences through the deal, while adding RDV Corporation, Amlib’s majority shareholder, to
its register. The cash will help advance Amara’s Baomahun and Yaoure projects. While Amara’s CEO, Peter Spivey, describes the new licences as “grassroots”, we believe the Cestos project in central Liberia could be
developed quite quickly, considering its near-surface mineralisation and good grades - something that would benefit Amara quite a lot. "
