Have you read the RNS from Friday regarding the reverse take-over?

Just done a bit more research and it doesn't look great. It seems they haven't even started to drill yet so you could have a very long wait before they have any results and even longer to wait before any production. You might want to consider selling out and taking a small loss but that is obviously just my opinion. I'm not sure. I was looking at this as a possible short term buy while I wait to re-enter BEM but there doesn't seem to be any news driving the spike or this fall and I was worried by the fact that the company suspended dealing on the AIM market last month. One of the PI's who hold shares may be able to give you (or both of us) more info, but on the face of it it seemed to have a high risk factor. DYOR and GL

How can you possibly be up 80% when there has been no upward movement in the SP???
