RE: China’s global grip on rare earths an ‘uncomfortable reality’23 Jun 2024 15:07

Phalaborwa
"This data suggests that most of the Ce, La and Nd (81%, 86% and 83% of the total
of each REE, respectively) is hosted within the Ca, Al, REE fluoride phase. On this basis, the maximum
extraction of the light rare earths would be expected to be ~80% under conditions which do not attack
monazite." PAE p.54,55
Uberaba
"Mineralogical evaluation of the leach residue carried out at SGS Laboratories in Lakefield, Canada, has revealed that 50% to 71% of the rare earth oxides are contained in monazite."
If the REE mineralization in phosphogypsum Phalaborwa and Uberaba were so "similar", then you would have already read Uberaba's PAE.
Good luck with your wait for PAE Morocco)))
