I'm guessing the buy backs won't commence until the new shares have been issued otherwise the share count will go down before going back up. and their aim was to have no net effect of the new shares. Thats the only explanation I can think of as to why the wouldn't have bought by now given the price.

Rereading that piece now is quite funny. Within a month he was unable to close the audit and the rest is history. I guess he won’t make the same mistake twice as it’s been avery expensive blooper for all involved.

Latest FT sourced 12 month consensus is low 200p, high 375p. Todays SP is bonkers.

I'm struggling to see any positives in this and looks like Mr Market agrees with me given the complete lack of interest shown.

If the opportunity is so promising why would you sell it down at this point. It makes no sense unless you know something that is less than positive.

The volatility of this share is something else given the size of its revenue. 9% swing in a day on something like .2% of its share count traded. Sorrel must be sitting with his head in his hands.

Free float here is so small. 50k worth of trades and 9% up. Can you imagine what's going to happen on the first sign of positive news and the August update not so far away now.

Maybe in putting 2 and 2 together to get to 5 but when he talks about rig availability, from 17minutes, he talks of Total or Shell. So would make sense if they were the potential farmees they are talking to.

Not sure Keith Hill going is good news for Eco insofar I think a new CEO is likely to be cautious for a while and unless any corporate action is already done, its likely to slow things even further both deal making and operationally.
