STX have said, current cash should see them through to B/E in late 24. Nothing about detailed about how many RX or what price. We are unaware of what numbers they have used to reach that conclusion.

It seems likely to me that once the trend is clear and strong and the SP they will likely seek to raise more cash to accelerate faster. How they do this is another matter. Some debt, some equity, would seem appropriate to me.

H1 results should be out in the next 2-3 weeks (last year was Sept 8) so we should be getting an update on July and possibly August. If the Q2 trend continues I would expect to see the SP take another turn up. Anyone for topping up in advance?

For WOSG the world changed yesterday, no doubt. I think this can take a while, maybe a year or two before Rolex's plans become visible. If you look how Patek have rationalised their network over the last couple of years they are doing it bit by bit. Rolex will do the same.

Lets be clear, this is hardly terminal for WOSG and any impact may be a way out but on the other hand II's will be asking themselves whether they want to be in WOSG with this uncertainty hanging around. Not sure they will, no matter what todays RNS says and thats what's going to drive the SP over the next few weeks and months.

The value in any 3rd sales distribution business is in the detail of those contracts. Duration, commitments etc. Whilst we have no knowledge of what's contained on those contracts they will be time bound with some sort of reb=newal period. Look at what Patek have been doing in the last year or so with regard to their network. Chop chop....

I have no idea what the value of WOS SP is. No-one has because no-one knows what Rolex are thinking. The only thing for sure you can say is it isn't worth the same today as it was yesterday!

It makes perfect sense.

The can sell all they make, why wouldn't they want to capture more of the margin and own their own customers data.

They could probably cut their distribution network by 50% and still sell all they make but make another 30% on top for all they sell through their own network.

Im sure they dont want to force out the dealers in smaller cities but London, New York etc etc. Easy for them to od.
