I had no problem with ii. Interactive Invester do support Metal Tiger. At cash and transfer menu when selecting the shares to transfer type BMQC069 for metal tiger.

If shares are in ISA then HL will transfer to trading account on delisting on AIM. From there you can transfer to another platform that can deal with ASX shares, such as ig or ii at your leisure.( no time limit). If you want to preserve your ISA wrapping then open an ISA account with a platform that can trade ASX listed shares such as ig or ii. Then follow procedures to transfer in specie from ISA to ISA. The two platinum will do the transfer for you. I have just opened an ISA account with ii and they have been good with regards to customer service and walk you through the whole process. No charges are involved in the transfers from either platforms. Also ii have an offer atm where recommends are rewarded. £200 for the recommender and free platform fee for year to recommended. If you want me to recommend you let me know.

Also does anyone know when MTR are delisted on Aim and we only have our interest in company as CDI holders do we have voting rights in future AGMs? Assume the AGMs will be held in Australia so won’t be able to attend them in person.

@ mr cautious. Thank you for the advise. I have tried to manage my investment and look where it has landed me with Bacanora! I thought I picked my pension maker and Peter Secker has ruined it completely.
I will relay your advise to my friends and family and make sure M&G are not in their investment plans

Rest assured Dee I will be telling my friends and family what poor investment decisions makers are M&G. I shall not be investing in any funds or investment vehicles that are run by M&G.
Also any business connections of Peter Secker, Mark Hohnen and members of the Board will be black listed for future investment as far as I am concerned.

Sorry Zarro don’t quite understand why there is a security risk for Gangfen - is it because BCN might fault on the loan and jeopardise the project. Also surely the repayment of loan is responsibility of BCN so why should it bother Gangfen the high cost of loan?

Ah yes no RK finance now of £125M. Needed £420m. Our share £210m. Cash in bank atm £130m but if we still had RK finance it would be £255m which is more then we needed(£210m). That is what I remembered during the equity raise. Thanks Zarro.

Resolution 6 and 7: If the two directors were retiring why would they be wanting to be re-elected unless they see a big bonus rollout on takeover.
