VLG will hopefully do very well if Cenkos expectations are kept to.
Still think it is better to be much more open and reveal the full extent of the HSG and the Chinese issues much earlier.
There have got to be a lot of small cap. investors who are no longer interested in investing in VLG.

As I understand it the Covid builds a viral load up in the mouth and then passes to the rest of the respiratory system.
Thus using Dentyl (or indeed I believe diluted iodine ?) does offer some if not complete protection.

Well I hoping for a move back to around the 80p level also.
I wonder what the funds who invested at the placement at 90p are thinking ?
The managers sold a load of shares to that placing and looks like they sold at exactly the right time, the funds look like they've been mugged.
Could we see the removal of Randall ?

Correction the website is correct it has Kestrel owning 23.5%, I was looking at wrong website.

My sort of feeling is that Executive Chairman & CEO, Keith Todd promised a good turnaround last year, but he is not delivering.
He also has 2 executive roles which is not thought a good thing maybe some new blood is what this company needs .
Kestrel have 23.34 % equity according to March RNS (but 17.99% on website ??) and have loaned £3 million to KRM, they thus have a lot of incentive to see changes here if they feel its failing. Of course Kestrel would need to sound out other significant funds to instigate management and company changes, but they are activist investors.
I am assuming it is not Kestrel who are selling.

The last trading update did not impress the markets :-
"The Company expects to report results for the Period on 1 September 2021, and these are estimated to be:
· ARR: £3.7m (H1 2020: £4.0m)
· Total revenue: £2.2m (H1 2020: £2.3m)
· Adjusted EBITDA loss: £0.3m (H1 2020: £0.3m)
· Cash balance as at 30 June 2021: £1.3m (FY 2020: £2.0m)"

The company is talking about more signings in the second half, it really needs to prove it is moving forward with more signings and earnings growth.

You can buy at 35p which is the quoted sell price and you cannot sell in any volume without contacting a broker presumably to trade at a lower price than 35p.

Post period end developments

Looks like they may be looking to sell the German business :-

ULS Technology plc (LSE:ULS, "Company" or "ULS") received notification on 26 July 2021 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on the 22 July 2021 and 23 July 2021 it purchased for its discretionary clients, 120,653 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of £0.75863 per share. The notification also included the matters set out below.

It does seem sudden, but could just be a large investor selling out...

This was mentioned on the last ULS Tech . "Investor Meets Company" presentation and they said they said that they are getting 70% of users giving good or above approval which is not as good as one would like, but moving in the right direction.
If they've rushed out the software ie the bugs described on trust pilot looks like there is work to do, but they have been building up the team and recruiting new execs.
In addition, they do say Trustpilot has issues with the validity of it's reviews ie a lot are fake, although must admit the ones listed look like they are valid.

Added some in the 51-52p range today, that is a fair way below the 57p placing price when the legal shenanigans are resolved hopefully there is a profit there...

Things looking good for year end 2022 due to German business exceeding expectation :-

"The Board has previously commented on the very strong commodity market conditions which are being experienced by HRMS. Following the completion of the financial year ended 31 May 2021, the management of HRMS have reported a profit after tax of £13.6m, much stronger results than expected. Additionally, HRMS has secured a number of forward trading positions which give great confidence to the Board that HRMS can continue to benefit from these market conditions throughout the first six months of the year ending 31 May 2022 at least. As a result, the Board now expects that the Group results for the year ending 31 May 2022 will materially exceed market expectations.

The Group will report its preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2021 on Wednesday 28 July 2021."

Well it's freedom day, but the predictions for Delta (Indian) variant spread do not make us so free.

My watchlist of smallcaps is mostly red.

Very pleasing trading update, looks like they are anticipating further progress in 2nd half.
What's not to like.

I'm hoping that Bricknell Holdings are just diversifying a bit and are happy to remain shareholders in RQIH.

Bricknell Insurance Holdings have cut their holding by 3.8341 % and the price has not crashed so looks like another big player has picked them up maybe in an agreed direct
