Surely one good thing here is that it is initial/pilot production which could open the way for more product orders :-

BWNG seems to be bouncing a bit today although the stock is always fairly volatile.

Anyway added a few at 43.83p, time will tell if that was wise addition.

I believe they already had about 5%, now raised to 10%.

Bought back some shares I sold at a price above 52p at a far more reasonable 47.09p.

There are clearly risks with BWNG, but it does appear to be making headway....

In the report they also state :-
"JDW have approached Allianz and proposed an ADR process."

where ADR I believe stands for Alternative Dispute Resolution, so there has to be a reasonable chance that this may never go to court and the come to an agreement outside court.

In fact there was an update last year on 15th Oct, but cannot see an update in previous years.
Thus, it may be the interims will give us the next update in first 2 weeks of November, unless anyone know any better ?

Next trading update is close, I bought back some VLX shares yesterday to scalp a small profit.

Probably very wisely given the Allianz claims, they will not consider paying a dividend till the end 0f 2022.

"As announced on 23 March 2020 due to the impact of Covid-19 the Board suspended dividend payments for the foreseeable future. The Directors recognise that dividends are an important part of the Company's returns to shareholders and the Board will consider the resumption of dividend payments at the end of FY22."

Well contingent liabilities are £66 million + interest at worst, but this case may not be decided till late 2022 or early 2023 now.
Legal costs are estimated to increase by £1 million because of complexity, but not sure what total cost will be.

That is the thing Allianz may lose the case, they might win, but be awarded a small amount or in the worst case they might be awarded 66 million + interest.

It will hold BWNG back and that is probably why the Alliance family have not been buying in the market at what appear cheap prices.

Results continue to go in the right direction and nice to see the share price bounce ..

Had a punt on these AT 37p.
To me seems there are issues to address, but does not sound insolvable.

I still hold 60% of max holding this year, but I think that we may have a correction in global stocks to get through.

At the moment I'm thinking to maintain my cash holding and buy stocks closer to the bottom of this market correction, assuming that it is a correction.

Nice to see Slater buying more up to 7.89% from 5.11% (9/7/21).

Well the company is in turnaround ,and as per last trading update, the strategic brands are growing.
I have a core holding, but have been trading them a bit to take down my average.
I should have bought on Friday perhaps, but at the moment looking to hold some cash as the global markets seem to be entering negative territory.
