I was thinking that Platreef from Ivanhoe have this big crown with 70Moz, with very low AISC around $700.

I would like to understand the mindset of these short sellers and how they think about DEC. Do they just see: 'Oh, only $3M in cash and $1.6B in debt, let's short this,' or do they consider lower gas prices for an extended period and believe that hedges will fail to support DEC's business model? This could be the Black Swan that we don't see.

DEC Pros, I don't see it anymore!

If DEC would keep the old dividend 30% this would be DECs ultimate Pros. Rusty talk alot that hedges can pay debt and dividend... Last couple of years DEC lost more than 1B on hedges and cut the size of dividend.

I understand dividend cut like KNOP did, to pay off debt for ships, you know how much debt they have and how FCF will improve and dividend will rise again.

But with DEC, I don't know how much debt will be on the end of the year from 1,6 to 2B? There is no end, just more leverage for nothing.

Leverage must bring 5-10x, not 10% yield (for the moment) and upside potential of few %, DEC have leverage but muted upside potential.

No more cash for BB in september, who will support the SP now?

You know why this company underperforms all the time? They don't work for shareholders but for the Baillères family. But when they start releasing good results, the small free float will send the SP ballistic.

No takeover it`s their core assets.
