The more we PI’s stick together and back Shaun (provided you believe in him to take GGP where we want him too - I know I do) then hopefully we will stave off selling our golden tickets to those who may try to hoodwink us out of them. This lowering of the SP cannot last forever and by the time the FS is issued (hopefully by November latest) and then DTM issued and updated MRE (within the quarter after that) then hopefully we will look back at 2021 and 2022 as our big test to overcome and 2023/2024 will be 2020 all over again with interest!!! Just greenbinned Onthebottomrung, Aim-sickness and Culpepper and immediately feel so much better for it. For anyone who thinks I am merely getting rid of those with opposing views to GGP you are wrong - I am getting rid of those who seek to deliberately seek to undermine GGP just for the sake of it and to stick negativities onto the Board to unsettle others. Believe me a purge where you greenbin those that have never offered any worthwhile comments is soooo refreshing!!!! VGLA true Greatlanders.

You make a good point Jiffy - did those attending tonight leave with any doubts that supporting Shaun by voting Yes to all 5 Resolutions would be the wrong thing to do? Or did he come across as the true professional and trustworthy Executive that we would expect/need to get the GGP job done? Please only respond if you were there and still do not trust Shaun?

For a so called Financial Adviser you are an absolute disgrace Daveri007 (I won’t use your real name) - show some respect for the difficulty in any financial market not to mention AIM and stop lambasting a CEO who is operating in the most acute/difficult sectors. Can’t believe people come to you for financial advice if you are so disrespectful to investors and those employed in industry!!

Thanks CastleT - I did the same on Hargreaves Lansdown for my SIPP - just emailed asking them to vote Yes on all 5 Resolutions by 5th October latest and they emailed me back to say they will ensure this is done and will email me when it is - easy!!

We have to keep our nerve and focus on the fundamentals which have only ever improved. The rest will fall into place in good time and us PI’s deserve to hold onto our golden tickets and let the II’s worry about how they get theirs. In fighting is music to their ears so let’s just call out true mischief makers/abusers like Itsoutthere but try not to squabble amongst ourselves. VGLA and keep the faith imho!!!

Great posts Panama and Jerry - we do have some very clever fellow shareholders that turn up to such events compared to the keyboard warriors who spout bile and negativities who cannot therefore show their faces - sad aren’t they!!
We had a similarly intelligent meeting in Stroud recently thanks to TheDoors and great to meet Bamps and BottleRocket in person along with several others. These are difficult times globally not just for little old GGP but patience is a virtue and imho will see us more than alright in the next 6-18 months - VGLA true Greatlanders!!

Antigua - I am fed up with rowing with you - you need to read all my posts properly on this topic. My analogy to a Premier League Football Manager is my opinion of what voting down Resolutions 3, 4 & 5 does to Shaun - it says we don’t trust you enough to give you all the tools to do your job, as you may not be responsible enough to use them in our best interests. Surely making his position untenable and hence why he might walk - I was merely highlighting this as a possibility and I for one think it would do untold damage to us if he did. I never seek to mislead anyone and if you couldn’t read my real intentions from what I have written several times on, then maybe that’s because you are looking for flaws. I will state again that anyone who votes down the Resolutions IMHO does not fully understand the purposes of them, or potential implications of voting them down. I feel sure that Shaun is holding the meeting on 28th to explain this more fully and much better than I ever could so this is my final comment on the matter. You owe me an apology for stating that I was being misleading as I never have been and clearly stated it was my opinion only.

Hi GS - I don’t mind giving my opinion on your questions fwiw: -
Q1 - Yes it should but I don’t know if the porkies could be proven enough to enforce legal action on the BoD
Q2 - The only action I believe could reasonably taken against such a BoD if red herring type of investments can be sufficiently proven is a Vote of No Confidence due to perceived incompetence.
Never been involved in any such actions and hence unsure how viable they would be. Think I prefer to see if rewards come to 88E naturally from Icewine/PANR results.

Buckaroo - I’m with Speedy all the way and already posted why I think it would be completely misunderstanding and missing the point if ANYONE were to vote against these Resolutions. Giving Shaun our backing is crucial and giving him the tools to transition us into a multi-asseted, multi-billion mining Company doesn’t necessarily mean that he will use the tools given. Personally imho it is simply a matter of saying yes we trust you to do the job you were appointed to do and here are the tools to ensure you have everything in your kitbag in order to do it - it would be unthinkable to vote this down as the SP would plummet further and likely Shaun would walk. Some people are effectively saying they don’t trust Shaun enough to give him the responsibilities that Resolutions 3, 4 and 5 bestow upon him - hogwash!!! The man is a proven expert in his field and highly professional who has surrounded himself with even more incredibly experienced and professional Directors - is it reasonably feasible that these qualified professionals would act irresponsibly and ruin their reputations?? Vote YES to ALL Resolutions is my honest opinion for the reasons stated above and let’s move onto GGP’s next growth pattern.
