Ahhh JppJ your post at 12.43 pm says it all “Follow the money, they say” - is that why you invested in AML which only in the last couple of days saw the SP drop from 183.5p to 147p. Not to mention PANR where you’re now worried about the PANR Directors selling up. LOL - you have the temerity to come on this Board to advise 88E shareholders when your track record of “following the money” (in other words Shares where they are already over £1 in value and not at all comparable to a start up share like 88E) still looks woeful doesn’t it - do us all a favour and stick to following the money (your £1 plus shares) in the sheep mentality and leave in peace the real risk takers who know what we have invested in!!!

Spot on GGPThruandthru - these are fairly standard Resolutions giving the CEO and his BoD the knowledge that they are trusted to use such tools wisely - they rarely are but I have supported at least 2 other AIM shares on exactly the same requests and they never used them. The point is some Shareholders will not understand the significance of supporting the CEO and view ALL people cynically. The irony is that any CEO who feels untrusted, could walk away and IMHO Shaun is a CEO worth backing as he is proving his credentials and expertise in transitioning us into a full blown miner where the rewards will be eye-watering. But the cynics would prefer to miss out on this because “I trust nobody” quote/unquote - rather they don’t know how to pick the good from the bad, so they just say No to everything - total wasters imho!!!

Sorry if it has been picked up before but I hadn’t realised that the Shorters have reduced their punt from 103.5m ath on 31/08/22 to just 31m yesterday - what does that say about their expectation of where the SP is headed?
Also a MUST WATCH imho is Shaun’s Denver Mining Presentation - I nearly made the mistake of not bothering, thinking I had heard it all before - mistake!! Shaun explains what we have, where we are headed and why he needs our backing imho - it will not be 25 minutes of your time wasted if you have not seen this:-

Sorry Joe but you will always struggle to succeed as you are operating on misplaced emotion and this will happen to you wherever you invest - try understanding the basics at least before investing anywhere!!

Joe - that because you don’t understand investing (particularly on AIM) nor it seems do you understand how Companies work. With regards investing you are blaming Shaun for a downturn in the short term since you invested. You also invested dare I say because you saw a rising share price and wanted some of the action. In both instances you should not have invested in AIM Shares for anything less than the medium to long term (at least 5 years) therefore your timing of when you invested was your responsibility (not Shaun’s) and you should therefore judge him after 5 years. As for how the Company works, you are letting your emotion “spite Shaun” because you have incorrectly arrived at distrusting him due to the SP decline in the short term, which is not wholly within his gift to alter in the short term. By declining the Resolutions you are actually “cutting off your nose to spite your face” as you are taking away the very tools that Shaun is asking for, for him to transition this Company into a multi-asseted, multi-billion miner in the medium - long term. I hope you read this with an open mind and rather than curtailing Shaun’s armoury, support him to the hilt to give you a better chance of getting your money back in the medium/long term. If you’re not prepared to wait that long (bearing in mind he has been in play 18 months already) then as stated above you should never have invested in GGP or on AIM - imho!!!

Jiffy - I think you are missing the point here. Shaun and his BoD are employed to act in the best interests of the Shareholders. Your suggestion smacks of Shareholders wanting to curtail the powers of the CEO and his BoD akin to a Premier League Football Manager being asked to manage a team but ALL recruitment decisions and team choices being in the hands of someone else - totally untenable - why would any true professional carry on working for a Company that doesn’t trust in empowering them to do the full job. This is the same here - the Resolutions 3, 4 and 5 are not dreamt up by Shaun for him to go on the rampage (there are other controls in place such as his answerability for his actions that curtail that) so let him have complete control of the reins and do the job he is employed to do. Has he or has he not, acted professionally and skilfully in dealing with SB and strategically geared us up to transition from junior explorer to multi-asset miner with massively experienced personnel brought on board? Why on earth should Shareholders now seek to undermine his responsibilities and risk him resigning a post that is too curtailing and lacking trust in him? IMHO we should vote YES on ALL 5 Resolutions and show Shaun the support he deserves to effect our transition successfully and efficiently.

Great post Jerry that every shareholder should read and understand why we should all vote in favour of the resolutions and give Shaun and his BoD the tools to do the job they are paid for. AIMHO!!!

Antigua - glass half full or half empty? For me, I think SB’s shareholder pressures on returns/divis now are why he is not discussing things that sound like jam tomorrow as his shareholders have heard enough from him on that. As we get nearer production I think SB will start proclaiming how clever NCM were to grab 70% of a world class mine at Hav that will keep his precious Telfer ticking over for decades. I might be wrong but prefer to look for the positives whilst others look for negatives - time will tell who is right and who is wrong but at least my approach keeps me smiling - what does yours do for you? Worth changing tack??

Antigua - it’s not SB’s job to promote Hav particularly when we’re not yet producing a bean. He is probably still smarting from the 5% debacle and GGP’s recent Board appointments - but when it suits him, he will be back bigging us up to his shareholders et al - AIMHO!!

Thanks SAS - but are we saying that this time around there has been little or no beneficial effect on our SP from the rebalance? Thanks - btw nothing surprises me with how GGP are treated by MM’s!!

It’s all about pressures Antigua imho - SB is under huge pressure to deliver returns and divis NOW from his NCM Shareholders - he is moving away from jam tomorrow type discussions as he knows Shaun will sing this from the rooftops in his own Denver Forum Presentation. Telfer is at least now referred to as Telfer/Havieron as SB knows Hav is the saviour of Telfer which saves him a bundle of cash. When we get closer to production (and he stops sulking) I’m sure he will be back to praising Hav as a world class find - AIMHO!!

Matty - it’s a bit like the tax year in the UK runs from April to April so some Companies refer to quarters according to their financial year ends - hope this helps explain.
