Don't think we've had a 3.7p spike here - 0.37p perhaps (for now) but typical AIM we have a sea of blue in trades and yet still a negative on the sp. hopefully all will change very soon!! VGLA

Good afternoon fellow dual investors!! God knows we could do with some real positive news somewhere and why not here?!! Got a feeling this might get closer to the end of August before the news breaks though, only because there is a lot of fine detail to get through and i's to dot and t's to cross - AIMHO. Being patient elsewhere so can be patient here too and wishing you all very good luck (as well as me!!)

Last year's set of accounts ending 31st Decemeber 2016 is worth a read. Briefly it states that £250,000 was raised through the issue of 250m shares and a further £307,500 raised through the issue of warrants. Change in personnel has added experience in the resources sector where the Comany aims to make a sizeable investment or a reverse takeover probably in the mining sector. The Company is reviewing a few options and expects an announcement in the coming months (has to be by 28th August 2017 by the way) which they believe will be transformational. Says it all IMHO and I'll be holding strong till an announcement. VGLA Leopards! I will be going to the AGM and the other "get together" unless something else crops up.

Which is a positive at least but still awaiting the deal news to land!!

Hi big lad - I stand to be corrected but my understanding is 28th August 2017 as the deadline by which the deal has to be announced but of course it could be any time before then and hopefully will be!! VGLA Leopards.

Not trying to gloat Abman but do think the big news regarding this venture is more likely to be towards the middle to end of August as they are probably going to need as much time as they can get hold of to strike the best deal. This is not a de-ramp as I do not like "games". I am holding a good number of shares but still feeling that it will be a good 6-8 weeks before we hear the good news here. Just trying to give perspective IMHO but could of course be wildly wrong and news could break tomorrow. DYOR and good luck all Leopards!!

Is that a trader or someone with cold feet selling 8.33m shares this afternoon? Risky strategy IMHO as the main news expected on this share could drop at any time. I've never had a crystal ball so tend to do my research and then invest for the medium and sometimes longer term. I might miss on the spikes where I could sell and buy back cheaper, but I've learnt not to risk all by trying to be too cute and trading. Welcome Rockie - my view on this share is there may be shaky times (could have said rocky!!) in the very short term but then this will flatten off once the dilution is absorbed. Then the big news will drop (and could at anytime now) as t has to by August. So some will need to hold their nerve till then and this should easily multi bag many times over. All IMHO and as balanced as I can be. Hopefully this will be a fun stock to be part of - VGLA !!!

Mr S - you win hands down - kitchen sink as well as the ex-wife's sofa - pure genius!! We're due an SP rise tomorrow after the sea of blue today IMHO and then sitting tight for the real news due here - VGLA !!

Topgun - the fact that you've now given an opinion of what you wouldn't do, suggests you believe people should follow your advice. Why on earth should anyone do that!! Far better you mind your own business, get off a board you are clearly not invested in and leave every other investor in Red Leopard to do their own research and invest where they see fit. You negative types are all over the LSE and are a cancer that should be cut out - now jog on, there's a good boy!!

Which enabled me to buy another 3.6m shares just minutes ago at 0.43p - I'm in as far as I want to now and hope ALL Red Leopards see a great return on this investment - VGLA!!
