Fair play to you JB - you deserve rich rewards and I personally have always valued your “alternative” approach to things - it keeps my brain cells ticking over too!!!

Dillon/JB - fair enough Gents - I knew there would be times that unsettle us all, but our strength as a PI Group will be pulling together if we ever need to and I genuinely think this Board accounts for a high % of PI shareholdings and can do that!! Exciting times ahead!!!

JB/Dillon - I personally have no problem with trying to identify GGP’s share ownership and the proportion of PI to II percentages as a minimum. However, for the reasons stated I do believe it is not within our gift (nor should it be) for us to “buttonhole” GGP’s most influential of JV Partners’ CEO - we pay Shaun and our BoD to act in our best interests and I genuinely believe they are and will, so let’s let them get on with it. Thanks for listening to my view on your ideas I’m sure we all have views, but you seemed to be trying to raise an army behind yours. Good luck to us all but I am not worried about our outcome as it should still be monumental courtesy of Havieron (God bless it)!!!!

JB/Dillon - wait a doggone minute!!! I understand the concept of finding out the GGP share ownership, but for goodness sake asking ALL GGP shareholders to email the CEO of our JV Partner to take him to task for potentially (we do not know for sure) holding back the release of MRE2 is absolutely ridiculous!! What do we pay our CEO and BoD for and in one fell swoop you are undermining their ability/expertise and taking to task the CEO who owes GGP shareholders no answerability at all!! Come on guys, this is not a question of sending the boys round to sort Sandeep out, this is big business and needs to be treated as such. Maybe just maybe Shaun knows how to deal with Sandeep and us wading in with our Size 10’s could disrupt/upset all of that and for what……some paranoid fears that GGP MAY get shafted by our JV Partner who incidentally without whom we would be nowhere near as close to having 25/30% ownership of a Tier 1 mine set to go into production within the next 2 years!!! Come on guys - think about it!!!!

Overall the worthwhile posts today are coming from the tried and trusted GGPers - the rest is white noise, seeing things that may not even exist and assuming the worst. Knocky - thanks for your reply but despite having a free ride on shares here and clearly bought in at a cracking price if c.4 years ago (well done by the way) you still can only find it appropriate to cast your fears/concerns off onto the rest of us - thanks. You never needed rose tinted specs here - gold is gold and copper is copper and we have at least 25% holding in a Tier 1 mine that is forever growing - facts pure and simple. Pity you couldn’t share your good news story with everyone rather than your current negativity?

Jeez - JB/Rosso - stop making it sound like a back room brawl is going on!! Professionalism happens in all walks of life particularly where you have highly educated/qualified/top of their game individuals involved. Yes big bucks are at play here but not so much in the area of specialism they are used to operating in. This is just another day at the office for SB and SD and they both have end goals they are working towards oh and by the way under a “Joint Venture Agreement”. They will reach an outcome and they both need to as quickly as possible. Stop scaremongering and take this out of the playground arena ffs!!

Please keep focus on the facts - we own 30% of Havieron and whether Sandeep knows it yet, we have an Lther community that is very much on the ball and technically astute. If he thinks he can roll over our heavily weighted PI base with lowball offers he will be sadly mistaken. Personally all this talk that SB is now a bully and gangster is to me well out of proportion. Fact is NCM need Hav to feed Telfer as of yesterday so would SB now make enemies of GGP and SD to get what he wants or will he gain more from the carrot than the stick - I know what I think and there are too many amateur detectives putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with far more than the actual 4. No relationship runs smoothly all of the time and I am sure SB and SD have their own distractions, pressures, frustrations and priority lists. The relationship requires managing all that for mutual benefit and I believe SD will do that because SB needs Hav for Telfer - SB can take the hard road or the easier more mutually beneficial route. Even salesmen (if that’s what he is (I thought he’s a CEO)) will always take the easiest/quickest/corner shaving route to sale - not the long convoluted and disruptive one!!! My view is don’t panic peeps - we have a good CEO in SD who will hopefully prove he is a great CEO so hold tight to your golden tickets and watch this all unfold in a professional manner (not some sinister underworld fashion!!)

Sorry Antigua but your negativity towards GGP is unwarranted. If you have been here since 2018 how many multiples of the SP are you now still enjoying and yet you make comments such as “the more gold we find the more the share declines”!! This is both inaccurate for you (surely?) and unfair on other GGPers who have joined post 14p and are perhaps down on their investment and yet whinge far less than you!! At least be accurate in your statements - yes we have seen the SP decline from its ath but many Lthers since 2018 are still well up on our investment and owe it to other GGPers to be honest and accurate in our statements imho!!

Some really accurate posts on here tonight from mainly Lthers who can see the reality of the situation ( this was a Newcrest half yearly update report) versus those posters who have yet to make any substantial profit from GGP and hoped tonight’s NCM report would at least include the MRE2 as a utopian resolution to their problem. Hence positive posts versus negative ones. My take is that nothing has changed - we still have the gold in a Tier 1 mine at Hav PLUS massive other opportunities (Juri JV and other 100% owned tenements) PLUS MRE2 and 5% FMV to come. Do not let a Newcrest Update for THEIR shareholders detract from our facts at GGP - just be patient for a little while longer (despite what the SP may or may not do tomorrow) and rewards will come IMHO!! Fair enough EAW - like I say you are entitled to your opinion. I too was a big GH fan until he seemingly left us and cashed in big time without a bye or leave to us shareholders who had backed him. Don’t get me wrong of course he can do what he wants with his shares, but it put GGP into a tailspin imho which showed his priority was just No.1 - I thought he would have been classier than that. I still respect what he did for us and what Calum continues to do for us, but maybe he wouldn’t have been able to take us any further (he said as much himself) so that’s why I am giving Shaun some slack and also liking what he has been doing in the way of restructuring us. Time will tell, but like you I hope the SP starts to reward all of us faithful shareholders!!

Glad to hear it EAW - but perhaps cut SD some slack as to what he can control and what he can’t. He is doing a great job on changing GGP and preparing them for what is to come. You cannot just expect a multi-billion and multi-asseted company to spring up overnight. It needs a quality team built, ESG focus, priorities and ducks put in a row amongst a host of other practicalities. He cannot be blamed for the Aim trickeries with the SP or COVID or the POG or other external forces (threat of war etc.) Therefore what he has done in his time with us is set us up to rise and stay there, not simply rise and fall (as GH seems to have when taking his share value with him when he left). You’re entitled to your opinion of course, but look for multi-dimensional aspects and not just the SP please. Good luck to you and thanks for staying nearly as long as me!!!
