You’re on fire this morning SaS - many thanks for your uplifting views - we now know there is no “walk in the park” with this (or any Aim investment being the highest of risk ventures) however the GGP fundamentals have only ever grown and improved, reducing risk along the way imho!! Our only task is to hold the faith, hold onto our shares and let our expert CEO and BoD lead us through to success. VGLA true Greatlanders - our time will come and maybe within the next 2 years - this could look a lot healthier by this year-end imho.

Why FutureBuilder - have our resources halved? Has the price of Gold/Copper/Nickel dived? Has our BoD defected? What actually has happened? Newcrest have delayed some announcements but none of us no why and rather than assuming the worst, maybe there are good reasons which may ultimately benefit us in the long run? I understand the frustration with the SP but I am focused on the fundamentals and ALL of them have improved - hope this helps. Red.

Sorry Brian - had him filtered for ages now and life has been so sweet without him. Why listen to a PANR ramper and an 88E uninvested deramper? Worse than that he seeks to bamboozle and persuade 88ers to disinvest. He is best ignored and for me filtering him so I don’t even have to read the tripe he writes is heaven. I’m still in here and have been since 2017 so for 88E to hit the heights this year would be marvellous. VGLA true 88ers!!!

I mentioned yesterday that what we needed here was regular updates from the BoD and Lo and behold they write out to us again to report fact that reassures us et al - classy!!!

Hope what Mac says is true about Swiss and Chinese Banks being involved in EUA’s transactions - we might therefore slip under the radar when the deal gets done. This is my last post for awhile as I’m not dealing with the likes I thought I was - I care passionately about GGPers but not the sort who make us all look like uneducated amateurs.

MFU - here’s one for you - perhaps Shaun did not respond to you as his professionalism would not allow him to get drawn in to share manipulation, or maybe he was too busy working on all the other issues you took it upon yourself to email SB with - who owes you nothing! Forgive me if you find me less than cordial but the events of this afternoon have left me astounded!!! I thought we had adult clever, bright people on this Board - not a herd mentality who are fighting a fight that hasn’t proved it needs to be yet - if we get any silly lowball offers then that is when a call to arms may be appropriate. But to insult our JV CEO with no FACTS backing it up is just lamentable.

Nicki - why are you entitled to email NCM with pure assumptions and questioning the CEO’s integrity at the same time - what do NCM owe you? That’s right nothing - GGP’s CEO on the other hand is appointed to act in your best interests and paid to do the very thing you have done but what do you think are the chances that he has done that in a far more professional, diplomatic, inoffensive and effective manner??

By the way - you big brave boys Tig and MFU - are you going to email Shaun showing him the email you have sent to Sandeep and ask him his opinion of what you have done?? …..no I thought not!!!

MFU - just read what you have just written - “It in no way undermines SD it is calling out NCM for DELIBERATE DEPRIVATION!” - you know that for a FACT do you?? There is definitely a delay and even a delay that I accept Shaun was surprised at but do you know for sure it was DELIBERATE?? For all you know Sandeep and Shaun have been talking about this ever since and they have cleared the air - are you and Tig expecting to be in on the Zoom call about this or to be phoned personally straight after? Grow up!! This is big business and just because it doesn’t fit with your timescales well I’m sorry but that’s life, that’s the mining business. Either get over it or ship out but don’t ever feel you are representing the GGP Shareholders when you send quite frankly the most amateurish and childish email I have ever seen to a CEO of a multinational Corporation!! This is disgraceful behaviour imho Tiggerman and anyone else who follows sheep like to send such an email to NCM/Sandeep Biswas!!
Firstly, this undermines Shaun Day in a stroke as sends a message to SB that you (and anyone else who sends the email) have no confidence in him or his BoD to negotiate in GGP Shareholder’s best interests - is that really true, are you ready to put a vote of no confidence in Shaun when all he has done is inherit a “fait accompli” with the JV agreement so has set up the most experience BoD we have ever had, ready to fight our corner on the 5% FMV. For God sake he was appointed to look after our best interests so let him do his job and stop trying to assume you can do it on his behalf and any better!!!
Secondly, you have now handed SB a much stronger hand in negotiating with Shaun, not to mention practically accusing him of underhand (nefarious as you state it) tactics to rob GGP of our entitlement - do you know that as a FACT or are you assuming that to be the case just because MRE2 has again been delayed?? There could be a host of reasons why it cannot be released just yet (I agree it may look as though it suits NCM at present) but if this goes to arbitration as it currently looks like do you know for sure that the arbitrator may not demand MRE2 or at least all latest data before he/she decides on the 5%FMV?? No, you are knee jerk reacting probably for your own personal reasons that you need what you expect to be a bumper SP NOW and are fed up of waiting. The mining business does not work like that and your naivety, selfishness and lack of business acumen to me is an absolute embarrassment imho and nothing I want to be part of. Shame on you and all of you who have followed like sheep and I just hope you have not had exactly the opposite effect on NCM that your “bravado” was naively hoping for, as that affects ALL GGP Shareholders as well - gobsmacked and disgusted!!!!

Standards Freddie just standards - I loathe deceit and misinformation that can adversely affect GGPers - everyone has a right to their own opinion and to express it, but when it is purported as fact that is unfair, misleading and dangerous imho!! I will always shout it out and report it - I have no influence over whether LSE take action but GGPers can at least reflect on whether someone is talking factually or just spouting “hot air”. Like it or lump it I don’t really care but at least you know someone cares about this Board being corrupted by either the mischievous or the unaware. Thankfully I am not alone in having standards and willing to shout out disrupters. If your intents are honest you have no need to worry - just avoid posting statements as though they are factual by stating they are just your opinion - simple!!

Hi Matty - like you I have no reason to doubt Nedd’s greater knowledge on this topic but I have every confidence that Shaun will work around Sandeep in the most polite, inoffensive and effective way possible to look after GGP Shareholders. He is probably weighing up what is worth waiting for versus what needs more imminent action - he’s not our CEO for nothing. Great posts by Bamps again and not sure what to do with the news that Sharky is out - answers on a postcard??
