Just been going through the significant shareholders list, and seeing what it all adds up to.

- Tosca have 326 mill
- MidWest have 57.5 mill
- Oisin Fanning has 9.2 mill
-and there are 24 mill still unaccounted for (still with Sun Trust ?)

-So that's 416.7 mill (lets say 418 mill after a couple of smaller holdings are added), and we only have about 456 mill left in issue--

Yes PC I wouldn't disagree with any of that-------You and I are both expecting another T/O (maybe a little higher than most think), and if Eroton are finally to start paying Divis, then the T/O could come very quickly.

---Interim figs should be due around the end of the week, and although they will only be up until the end Dec 2018, the accompanying statements are what counts.
-Let's hope production shows a good increase from the previous figs of 28,000 BOD "after all issues", and that our program of new wells is underway.----Also it would be good to hear that progress has been made in the building of our new pipe line and FOS.
-Not sure that we can expect any further developments regarding another Tender Offer (or Div?) at this stage, as we have only received one more loan note payment since the last one, but you never know.

-OLD ----where did the company state last year that they were expecting a dividend from Eroton this year ???-----the position has always been very clear-that Eroton cannot pay any divis until their reserve debt account is fully funded------and we still don't know when that is.

-- There is an interesting component to the proposed mine which is often missed, and that is, the overburden includes extremely large quantities of: construction sand, Kaolin, aggregates, clay, silica sand, as well as construction rocks such as Granite, sandstone and Til lite. The total of these materials is in the billions of tonnes. The availability of these materials is expected to spawn new industries in the area, including pottery, bricks, construction, ceramics and glass.---and of course we cannot forget the revenue coming from the sale of the electricity itself.

That power plant at Bara has been built on top of the coal deposit. ---Any OP mining at Phulbari will have to include the deposits at Bara (it is one and the same field), and so at some point, the power plant will have to be removed all together.
