Time to follow the Company ??11 Nov 2019 10:53
If nothing else, the SBB has steadied the SP even though we had quite an aggressive seller.
-Certainly looks like the seller has now finished, and with the relentless £25/- a day coming from the SBB, things must start moving north at some stage.
-I wouldn't be surprised to see the company upping it's buying to £35/- or even £50/-shortly, even if it's only for a week or two---(that's just a guess, but if they want the SP up, that's the time to do it)
-So if you just take things at face value, and just listen to the RNS's, then maybe we should get the long awaited Divi at the end of this year, which isn't that long away now, and with the SP being supported, there can't be many better opportunities to start adding ---(how many times have we said that).
-But
---I still feel that there is something far more spectacular coming our way soon.
---Institutions don't hold 85% of the stock , (with the loan notes running out), for nothing, --something must be about to change the Co, as we understand it. Running the clock down and relying on our assets as pure cash, will not give those Insti's any sort of decent return on their investment, no matter how high you try and value those assets.--
---Loan notes plus interest, 10% indirect OML18, Barry, Albania, and cash, can't come to more than $220-$270 mill, worth about 50-55p a share, --surely not enough for Tosca.
-I don't want to get into the guessing game as to what may happen, but logic tells me something has to change.
-
-Maybe it's time to follow the Co and buy a few.
