GL, When we have posters here that "could" include either of the following within their characters. We have no chance of the forum remaining on track :-

Broch, "The GLS workforce is employed under gig economy terms and in most EU countries it's undertaken by predominantly migrant labour"
If this is the case? instead of the previous comment suggesting the IDS Divi should go to RMG employees. It would be better utilised in a pay rise for the IDS employees. Maybe RMG employees might contribute also.
P. P. "Then he said that that money should be going to RM! Clueless"
The point is that cross financing would ensure less output from the workshy. There is obviously a different mentality within the GLS workforce.
Your ex colleague obviously believes "what's yours is mine and what's mine is my own"
Oli "you weren't included in the conversation as it was addressed to Redceo"

Thank you for clearly showing the problems experienced at your place of work for many years. Your first post and sadly appears to be the one and only. I'm sure you could have brought insight to the board which is definitely needed.
Best wishes for what I assume is early retirement.
Beet "me and my Mrs hard work and foresight. Investing well for our future"
Just, kidding, I'm 100% sure that is the case. I started with nothing and still have most of it :-)
There's no such thing as a "free lunch" for the working man. Only way to progress in life is to make an effort.
