· Expect to be able to pay modest dividend from GLS at the full year.

· Royal Mail will not be able to fund dividend until it returns to positive cash generation.

Oli. On the contrary, I absolutely understand why he appointed someone to handle the day to day minutaie. It enables Martin to zoom in on the important issues.

He will of course move Emma should she not come up to scratch. However he has appointed her and I have confidence in Martin thus far and don't forsee problems.
