I sent three parcels via Amazon two arrived on time. The third was advised as likely to miss Thursdays delivery due to a holdup. Revised delivery quoted 27th December thereby a Christmas present missing the event.

It arrived on Thursday???

Another case of I.D.S. purchasing department treating the coffers as a bottomless pit!

So many employees appear to be engaging in "how much money can be wasted" Unbelievable!

Hopefully the contract did not commit to 20 machines leaving payment outstanding on 12 surplus to requirements.

Good news is always welcome Isle. Although I heard on Radio 2 today a complaint about a Christmas card taking ages to reach recipient. Insult to injury was it was accompanied by a fee for underpayment of postage due to size of envelope.

What's the procedure e. g. is post delayed due to anomalies such as underpayment?
