Of course it hasn't gone away. The CWU could have a "let's wait and see" approach but that definitely doesn't fit their requirements. They could back the deal in all respects and who knows with a little give and take plus new faces being added to the Company hierarchy things could go smoothly.

BUT! the CWU thrives on the workforce feeling they need a Union to fight the Company on a daily basis. So far better for the CWU to foster that feeling and start as they mean to go on.

However the Company showed a different approach by employing Simon. I know many think he scampered off but it was job done the CWU failed no matter what they might say. The yes vote proved that.
