This announcement from ITV Studios reveals that their new drama series The Hack will be broadcast in 50 countries, with more deals in negotiation. There's nothing negative in this, it's sure-fire revenue booster.

Just to clarify, Constipation123, as of September 25, 2025, ITV stock is around 0.79, which is much higher than its historical low of below 0.30 from March 9, 2009.

I've been trading ITV long before I subscribed and started posting here. Unlike you, Constipation, my average purchase price is below 50 pence. Interestingly, that's roughly the level your altered ego, 'Tom', often predicts the stock price will drop to.

While the financial results indicate difficulties for STV, the strategic focus on cost savings and revenue growth in specific areas suggests that STV is taking proactive steps to adapt to the current market conditions, that doesn't relate to ITV because they've been there; done that! What does, is the fact that the studio arm of the business is doing well, indeed it gives good positive pointers for ITV. Constipation123 and the Tomfoolery Club are making their grand entrance again, oozing out from under the toilet door like a pair of stubborn t3rd$ that just won’t flush!

If RedBird's primary intention was to secure the acquisition before ITV's financial disclosures, in March the cheap deal that they wanted was not forthcoming.

While RedBird cites regulatory challenges as a reason for abandoning the deal, the timing and context suggest that their real intentions may have included acquiring ITV Studios before the release of ITV's full results.
