With coal approx. 15% up in last 2 weeks and TGA "only" up approx. 10% in same time, anyone want to run their figures on here?

Thanks Dtn. Same here, TGA stuck on 178, gave me a shock when that fault happened, not seen that one before, especially as it "flashes red" when refreshed, which usually indicates it's working, unlike the other two which are still stuck 15mins in the past and don't "flash".

I use dummy sell/buy to confirm the issues and I also have access to live prices through other accounts, but it's very annoying, with what HL charge, that they can't get something so basic to work. Now looking to switch families assets elsewhere, as had enough of HL costs and deterioration, of what was once exemplary service.

Anyways, gas shooting up, oil up and hoping today's coal is up too. Anyone have a link to today's price that works before mid afternoon, as I can only find day old prices in the mornings?

With this on, all my prices are live, except TGA (which does very occasionally show live) and ENT and NWG, which are both hopeless and always 15 minutes behind and Ii have to refresh the page for them to update to the latest 15min delayed.

Does anyone else have problems with TGA's share price not being current/live on their platform. I have issues on HL and it only affects this share and two others ( both are FTSE 100 Companies). HL currently not very helpful and has been going on for months.

179 posts and just 38 trades, what agenda is their for spending so much time trying to convince others on their views?

Think this will drop loads while those on spread bets have their margin called and forced to sell. May dead cat bounce after that. Will have no real direction till court info gets out. Pleased I'm not in this one.

Where is everyone today? as a medium term holder I'm missing the constant ramping to raise the share price here ;-)

Société Générale S.A. also increased their long/short holding from 1.16% to 1.31%, mainly in shares. Can't see a bond position, so no theory as to their reasoning? Does another part of the company or associate have bonds? or interest in AA?

Polygon up another 3 million. Now 7.877% long

Jefferies also slowly increasing the long and short matched position, now 1.55% from original 0.64%. Interesting to note that they have increased the number of actual shares held and reduced the number of long derivatives. Is this a play to get more actual voting rights while holding a short to protect against loss? They hold some bonds, so a yes vote would be good for them?

Polygon derivatives up again today by 7,000,000 to 507,000,000 (7.22%), getting to the point where they are almost as high a % as Jupiter on 7.79%.

Again does anyone know where they could be buying the derivatives from?? Could it be from Jupiter?? Wouldn't they have to declare a short position if they sold derivatives and were short as well as long?

Same as on the 8.3, so assume he has just held them since then. Seems to have had 100m + shares since 2010 or before, ancient history and way before my following of SXX.

Just proves the point though, WHY, after all these years of hardwork and struggling through so many hoops and challenges, are the current BoD just content to hand it to AA on a plate?

I wonder, depending when he acquired his SXX shares, if CF is still a good friend or an arch enemy??

To carry this on, if the BoD think in relation to the rejected, undisclosed "secret" $680m deal "the time it would take to meet such conditions were such that there is a very material risk that the overall funding package would not be implementable by the end of March 2020"

Then, to give the time required, is completely impossible to raise the few million to "keep the lights on" with a mini rights issue, or as a last resort (sending shivers down my spine) do a placing by issuing shares/convertible bonds to a "loan shark" investor, AIM style. They seem to have issued 95,000,000 shares @22p approx. to Cibra in the Nov 18 deal and now plan to give£19m to employees without blinking an eyelid??

These are the questions our BoD should be answering to explain why the AA offer is the only chance in their opinion?

Also today in 8.3 @10:04 : "Paribara Sociedad de Responsabilidad" owned by "Ashu Vashisht 20% The Naresh Vashisht Family Trust 20%" etc, etc have notified 1.16% in shares.

Anyone have any further info on background, on a basic check Naresh Vashisht seems to have some history in fertilizer, Yara, Cibra and Omimex in South America. Is this just a late reported stake held for sometime as part of an interest in mines and fertilizer and/or part of the Cibra equity deal or part of a stake build as part of the other deal put to SXX (involving Cibra/Omimex)?? Hoping for the later though probably the former IMO.
