AFC have put an incentive down try encourage ABB to place more, which is standard practive in any industry and any business. The money would come from the deferred revenue anyway, but if you can get them to order an extra 9 units for say £18m, and discount that amount by £1.4m, then happy days.

I suspect they would make the £1.4m back in economies of scale from ordering and manufacturing.
