I imagine this role has been specifically in agreement (possibly at the request of) with ABB to assist their sales and business development. No doubt he will be the lynch pin between AFC, ABB and the end users.

AFC have always said their business model is as that of an OEM, so having RK there to help present and close deals on behalf of AFC's direct customers (ABB etc) makes perfect sense.

Either way, it's a massive bonus and I have a feeling he will be very busy tomorrow!! GREAT news all round.

Your comment about AB taking money off shareholders makes it sound like they had no choice and it's his own personal slush fund. Pretty sure virtually all of them were new investors, so 'yes' they did have a choice. They alos invested in the business not just AB; maybe you need to look at your terminology / phrasing more closely!

Garmoan - I've just briefly taken you off filter to see what all the fuss is you're still causing. AFC is a good investment for a lot of people, it depends what your investment strategy is, ie reducing your average on the lows and ultimately what it owes you back. If your average is .18p, how can you say this is not a good investment on a 60% rise?

Snork - I don't think anyone is suggesting that's the only reason the price has stayed around 20p for so long, but the fact they might have closed this would add to the potential that there's news on the way. It's just part of what is potentially going on and news that might(?) be on it's way - IMO.
