What would be the benefit of a consortium? If you had 10 people with 10m shares each, that's not exactly a lot in the scheme of things, ie 4.2b issued shares - so less than 1%.

RoleKing - 4 years is not a long time in PHE terms.

I was here about 12 years ago and I'm sure others for longer, although I think most of us sold out. Different company then TBF! I know a few of the very LTH holders have bought back in and out a couple of times.

I think 15LIVES has put it well about the lack of excitement of this arriving.

In terms of the seller; it could be as 15LIVES says, people feel this is the latest spike and think shares will drop back - maybe to 1.3p???

Going against this, is there doesn't seem to be matching buys at the lower price to support this. That might suggest it's a holder with a large investment, looking to get out completely; which could be for all sorts of reasons and is not necessarily a negative thing; for example someone who bought a lot at 0.3p taking what is still a huge profit!

Other reasons might be they are moving on to what they see as better opportunity, they need the money out, reducing their overall holding and so on. Of course there is always the question if it's a member of the White family.

There's a persistent seller keeping the price down and TBH not enough buyers. I know this seems like really good news, but everything PE says, is that the company is a start up, so people may consider it's overvalued at £60+m and too many shares already in issue.

Most people will want to know when the first commercial unit will be turned on, which is probably 2 years away.

The 'chavs' as you call them, are the ones massively profiting from companies like PHE . Selling on the spike and buying back on the retrace. Once it has a product to sell and a stronger base, they will invest for the longer term. Probably using their trading profits!!

I think you're over thinking what has happened / been achieved. It's just a part of the kit, admittedly a large piece but no different to getting the control systems in place. They're not in the business of selling just Kilns, it's fully working products people are interested in.

It's great news and no doubt there will be a spike today / tomorrow. The main SP spike will be on commissioning news of a working test unit, but really it should be once it's signed off from a regulatory point of view

It appears UHL are different things to different companies, which means some of the information contradicts what is said about one company with another.

UHL clearly invest in companies, as it says so on their website. I’m not saying they are investing in NH2 though. This link states they are a major shareholder in H2X.

They seem to be a group of experts and advisors, who help raise capital for startups, while also investing their own money. Therefore they are a mix of Business advisors, funding experts, equity investors and more.

There’s loads of stuff out there, so easy enough to DYOR and make up you mind. They might help NH2 get funding and possibly invest themselves, but it seems to be mainly an advisory relationship as of this info.

I would say there is a fair chance of a takeover. It's a genuine opinion and PHE holders would probably be offered HUI shares, which may do very well medium to long term.
