You say the The FTU is a much larger version of the demonstrator (it’s 3 times bigger), but fail to acknowledge the TCC (the product customers are being sold) is 53 times bigger than the demonstrator and 16 times bigger than the FTU.

The company appear not to be considering building their own UK TCC test / showcase unit, why?

They’re ‘hoping’ a customer will buy an unproven unit off the back of a far, far smaller test unit. Personally, if that was put to me, I’d say I’ll wait to see a full size working unit.

I have a target entry price for this, and plenty of appetite for risk, but I’m mitigating that by research and questioning things.

Hydrogen is not a focus for PHE, it will probably not come to fruition or be sellable

PHE don’t own any of the by products, so whatever is produced, recycled, resold, they will earn a royalty off the full amount. This could be as low as a few %

The owner of the kit will need it to be profitable for their business, the annual report states they need to make sure it’s viable to proceed

2.5 Tonne is not full size! It’s 1 sixteenth of the full size TCC unit.

PHE will have no claim over the materials procured on their behalf, as the money paid will legally be classed as a deposit, unless they had a contract that stated legal title of the goods were PHEs.

It will most likely have gone in the pot and sold off with proceeds going to pay off creditors (banks), HMRC, employees etc.

You can contact the Administrators of MK to find out the exact details, or if you know anyone who is owed money by them (creditor, employee etc) they’ll have received all the paperwork already. PHE certainly will have received this.

I took from the statement that the feedstock would have to be limited to specific materials and to generate hydrogen. That changes the whole proposition and the USP is around mixed plastics.

There’s already demand for hydrogen, but I suspect the cost of getting the purity to where it need to be is prohibitive / more costly than it’s sellable value.

The fact they’re no longer marketing the hydrogen side, gives as much of a signal as you’ll get that it’s not happening.

Castle - I’m not investing peanuts, so asking sensible questions is quite important to me, especially when PHE disclose very little. You can carry on doing what uk you want with your fantasy league portfolio.

In terms of units to be sold or worked on, the BOD have set the following KPI for the business; which is very worrying!

Annual Report – YE 2023 - “Develop and maintain technically and commercially qualified project pipeline that will have five projects in design within the next six years”

5 PROJECTS in 6 years probably warrants an increase in SP of 1 or 2p. It might be far more for a short period, but it will retrace quickly once the figures are analysed and how little revenue that produces, let alone profit!

Here's one such fact: PHE is NOT focused on Waste to Hydrogen and may never see a single penny from it. This was side-lined in 2023.

“The strategy was revised in 2023 when it was agreed by the Board that waste to hydrogen would not be the primary marketing focus of the Group and that it would be waste to energy, based on the production of syngas. Hydrogen would be an option for projects that have a validated feedstock and most importantly a validated offtake.”

PHE's primary concern is staying liquid.

There’s so many unknowns, it’s impossible to know and therefore impossible to say this will smash 12p soon, or it will be worth a £1 in a couple of years……..etc. I think some people are seriously misleading others for their own benefit (pump & dump) and there’s a good chance they could lose money on the back of getting carried away with the ludicrous guesstimates and inaccurate information posted.

In terms of takeover, a company could make a share swap offer for the business or a mix of both; which would probably be more appealing than just low penny cash offer. HUI are currently negotiating a reverse takeover of Essential Energy, via a share issue to holders with HUI shares.

Any future PHE share price will always be hugely restricted by having 4.2 billion shares in issue.

A share price increase of 1p is the equivalent of a market cap increase of £42m.

A share price of 23p would see PHE worth almost £1b - a pound would obviously be £4.2b - :)

Hi Pat - It's a larger version of the original Demo unit, about 3 times bigger. The TCC will be 16 times bigger than the FTU:

The Demonstrator Unit = 3/4 tonne / day – tested.

The FTU (Feedstock Testing Unit is a larger demo unit of the original test unit) = 2.5 tonne / day –

The TCC (Thermal Conversion Chamber) is the proposed ‘commercial unit’ for customers = 40 tonne / day

Your endless ramping is in complete contrast to the last 5 days of this dropping. I certainly don’t think you are sat on a 500% profit after buying in at 12p.

Also, not that long ago, I saw a similar recorded interview where he had a dig at another company he used to be involved with. Not sure if it was soar grapes or what, but it looked very childish and what he was actually saying about HUI and this company, has gone the other way.

I still feel this will be quite spikey over the next 12 months to 18 months, with good profits if traded on news; as we have just seen.

The EYO results did not make good reading, if read in full:

*Only the equivalent of 5 members of staff currently working for PHE

*No forecasted revenue, except a small amount from Engslove

*KPI's were strange, one of which was to only achieve 5 projects in the pipeline within 6 years - 2030?

*No timelines on approval of FTU

*Risk of scaling up from the demo unit could potentially highlight a serious issue

*TCC designs can't be complete until testing and sign off of the FTU

*No plan to build a TCC test unit - first unit will have to be ordered blind by a customer

*Manufacturing of the TCC will take a considerable amount of time, as this is 16 times bigger than the TCC

Castle - if HUI launched a takeover of PHE, it will be at a much lower share price than the current one. This level could easily be walked down by someone owning, say 16% of the company!

Interesting Israel is such a hotbed for cannabis, one of the major PHE shareholders lives there!!

I wonder if he’ll launch a takeover bid for PHE, once they have finished developing the product.

With 16% of issues shares in his families name, it would be very easy to manipulate the SP.

No TR1 would be required as he is below the Thresholds.

Towards the end of May, he was down to 30m and there's been a lot of 1 to 1.7m trades going through over the last few days?

It would be helpful to know some timescales and numbers on this, especially as the deal is for the TCC unit which isn't designed yet?
