Hi Salop, I did see/hear that, but wasn't sure if he was taking the heat of himself/PHE a bit.

If they are due, I doubt it will be sub 1p again and I'll have missed the opportunity. That's the risk, sometimes you get in lower, others you don't!

I think it could be up and down between now the start of Jan 2025. The key news that should give stability is completion of the (FTU) and hopefully following this, positive test results.

I've highlighted my thoughts around a number of things, but Hydrogen Capture and the purity of it (ie can it be sold without an expensive purification process), is mainly what the Aus deal is based on. That does make me wonder if progress on this contract is being held up due to awaiting FTU results.

Annoyingly, I’ve not heard back from PHE about a Q&A at the AMG or if it will be broadcast, so I assume not? It’s a shame as this would be really helpful and an opportunity to give confidence to investors.

It's great about the change of BOD, but until they sell, the Whites motives I suspect will always favour their own pockets and where they see the most money being made, which seems to be HUI.

On a positive note, these have lapsed - doesn't look as though others have been granted.

On 21 January 2024 9,090,910 warrants held by Turner Pope at an exercise price of 5.5 pence expired.

Castle, anyone reading your posts could easily be misled in to thinking this is a no brainer, almost free money and end up investing and losing a huge amount. Why not just post FACTS?!

I'm not currently invest and freely admit that, but will be when I think the time is right. If I miss that point, then that's my problem, but there's plenty of other fish in the sea. I have a very strong portfolio as I've got in to certain industries at the right time.

Hi Tame, I'm not here to ramp or deramp, just looking for information to judge a good entry point. If you click on my name you'll see my thoughts, but generally:

Lots of information in Annual Report for YE 2023 that doesn't make good reading, (KPI's, Expenditure in 2024 will reduce the £4m that was in the bank, the money still required to get the FTU commission, the money required to progress on to the customer TCC version, only 5 staff employed, zero revenue except Ensglove (profit circa £500k and much more)

Lack of general information / strategy disclosed

Lack of timelines

Hydrogen capture is no longer a focus - probably too expensive to capture / low quality purity

Amount of time to get to commissioning a TCC - produce any revenue

The White family still holding 16% of the company and their ability to keep the price low

This raise the potential for a cheap takeover by HUI

I have asked a couple of times if anyone knows if there will be a Q&A at the AGM, but I've not heard anything. I also emailed the company to ask this and if it would be streamed, but no response to date.

Obviously a lot of this could be cleared up at the AGM

I don't think anyone is panicking the retrace is because of the warrants. As someone pointed out, there's probably more on the way, but they're a drop in the ocean compared with the issued share capital

I think you'll be able to get in here at sub 1p. I don't except any announcement on the Kiln arrival for a couple of weeks and suspect it will create a spike followed by another retrace. The key RNS will be commissioning of the FTU and the results from this - assuming they're positive!

Hi Peks - I think there's a little confusion over this as they were two separate sentences / comments:

I have not aversion to buying shares here, just I think I can get in at a much cheaper price.

The other comment refers to if I ran a business (if I was in that position), I would not buy a commercial TCC 40 Tonne unit on the back of a demo and results from something that is 16 times smaller than I'm being sold. I would expect to see a full size working unit.

Scaling up 16 times in size with a product like this, involving extreme temperatures and huge processing and capture requirements, will bring all sorts of technical and physical problems to be solved from an engineering and performance point of view. Not to mention having it all signed off, commissioned and approved by H&S, Government departments, the Council, Green Bodies confirming all the stats and so on. This could take months.

I agree Open. I think there’s profit to be made on the spikes.

Joe - very clear synopsis. I agree someone is possibly taking their profit while they can, or are maybe concerned about losing them in the future should a takeover or something else happens.

In the scheme of things, 16m shares won’t dilute the SP with 4.2b in issues, so this mornings retrace is for another reason or just a natural settling of the previous spike.
