Howard White has sold most of his shares in PHE already, so selling the remainder wouldn't be a massive surprise.

TBF, that's not what said! I said probably, by no means an assertion and it wasn't a White Family Member, it was specifically Howard White.

The offer was due to close at 3.30pm, so probably scaled back at that point. As I say, it all means very little as a lot will have just bought on the open market to avoid all the faff and getting less than you wanted.

Lutra - impossible to tell, I think a lot of people will have saved themselves the hassle and uncertainty of allocation and just bought on the open market. For the tiny amount of shares it cost me, it was just easier to do.

I was under the impression certain RNS's have to be released ASAP. The Directors have just bought £100k of cheap shares. If they then release SP moving news, I'm not sure that's going to go down well?

Any pointers on a few you've looked at would be great. Not an area I'd ever thought about. I assume they're all on the NASDAQ?

I bought in the open market this morning, as it seemed less hassle and ii hadn't sent anything. I'm back in earlier than anticipated, but will now hold for the long term.....again :)

Shares like this and many other AIM shares are spikey on news, so it can be easy to make a lot of money this way. Day trading is a different matter and certainly not for me :)

IMO, I think there's several bits of news in the pipeline for PHE that will casue spikes, followed by a retrace.

Stock - you're saying this as if it's a certainty (free money), which it isn't.

I'm a big fan of AFC and was in for 13 years until recently. While I've picked up a reasonable amount today, due to the price. I think you have to concede, following a lot of hot air from AB and the Meet the Company presentation, this was not expected and is a bit of a blow to all, especially the LTHs.

You've posted an avg of 18 times a day for the last month, whihc is excessive. Most of us want this to succeed, but seriously, please reign in blind positivity and excessive posting.

I sold out a while ago, as I could see my money working better elsewhere for the short term.

I will be buying some back at this price, as I 100% believe in the product.

I know it’s really disappointing news, especially that it’s being done at such a low price; but getting technology like this to market, is not cheap.

As someone has pointed out, they need to be a going concern and if larger sums of cash is tied up in stock than expected, then that usually means they have a decent sales pipeline.

There’s a lot of potential up side here with the ammonia cracker as well.

Not what anyone wanted, but there looks to be a lot of positives ahead.

The directors don’t really need to buy shares as they are part of a share scheme for purchasing, which reduces their income tax liability.

They also receive free shares anyway!
