Why sell out? Maybe Ondo can just grow...no?
Making units is by contract manufacturer, international partner in place, production can be expanded and ramped up.
Upfront/in advance payment model means expansion is not limited by money in the bank.
Software and security team will grow, but shouldn't need to ever be huge.
Biggest difficulty I would think might be getting, training and managing enough plumbers. But this is far from insurmountable, and will need be a focus area whomever owns the company.
Interested to hear what others think the need-for and our chances-of a buyout, say, in the next 3 years?
Me... I'd plump for:
Need for any buyout (to continue growth): 20%
Chance of low-ball buyout offer: 90%
Decent offer: 50:50
