Fred, I really hope your right. I’m usually an optimist but when it comes to this gang I’m 100% the opposite.

Why do we think that they have done the two meetings this way...?
The consolidation will ensure that the two thieves won't be removed... otherwise if they had any ounce of morality they would resign... they're not going to... they are doing this to survive and keep their lifestyles... nothing else...

FWIW, If the motions are passed, they will consolidate then fundraise again ... and what's to say the April meeting won't be cancelled. I wouldn't put it past then to use COVISD19 as an excuse to postpone...

1. we don't have any viable product that any other big pharma are remotely interested in .
