State of some of the comments on here... they asked for £174 k because thats all they believe they need... and they got it!! Obviously the product is far advanced and doesn't need millions spending on it... to me this says we are almost there and the Grant will push us to the end game, with a blaze of publicity. All good to me

Same here, I'm in IT and through a LTD... cant see myself going permie though...been there done that years ago and managed to survive the past 17 yrs as LTD so going to plug on, well till December at least and then see what happens as out of contract then and the area I work in is tightening up somewhat, and plenty will be going to UK gov for bail outs this quarter.. hard times... I'm hoping I won't need my SC next year as SAR will hit at least 28p and I'm out of the rat race for good, with my kids sorted too... fingers crossed!!

My thoughts on this is that today’s rise has got us to fair market value, and where we should have been a while ago.
As to the future? I wish I knew but the pipeline is there, the need is there, and we are perfectly placed to benefit from this alignment..
So I’m keeping mine until we reach 20p minimum and make a decision then

And great plan as I am doing similar for my kids but on a smaller level than yourself.
Will make their lives much easier as they start out on the homeowner journey though.
