The clue is in the title... Fools.
They messed up reporting on another share I am into, GGP, yesterday..decimal place in the wrong place again and stated GGP would get 30% of £1B, when in fact the £1B was GGP's actually share.. They were emailed and had to apologies and put out a statement admitting their mistake. It transpired their 'expert' was a graduate with about 3 months 'experience' in the market..
I wouldn't trust a word they write.

the only people that can answer that question are the people who were on the board at the time. I don't see it as an issue as things have developed since then. Maybe at the time they didn't think it necessary, and with things moving at 100MPH and continuing to do so at quite a pace, with not only Hav, but the start of the drilling on our other tenements, they feel it prudent to have that small flexibility available to them... regardless I don't see anything sinister in this at all, quite the opposite really, gives them the flexibility to be agile and not slow progress down...

As with many companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, including AIM-traded companies, it is standard practice to seek annual, limited disapplication of pre-emption rights to allow flexibility to allot shares on a non-pre-emptive basis. It is in this context that the Board has undertaken a review, together with the Company's advisers, to consider the flexibilities and amounts that such authorities would provide to the Company.

The resolutions in the Notice seek authority for the following:



· Limited disapplication of pre-emption rights (just under 5% of issued share capital) for general purposes; and



· Limited disapplication of pre-emption rights (just under an additional 5% of issued share capital) in the event of financing an acquisition transaction or other capital investment

At this time, the Directors have no current intention of exercising either of these authorities (other than to provide for the previously announced share incentives), but consider the authorities appropriate in order to allow the Company limited flexibility to finance business opportunities and capital requirements should the need arise before the next AGM (December 2021).

The vaccine is not the silver bullet out of this pandemic and never will be due to mutations that will continue.
Theraputics will lessen the impact of Covid, releasing the pressure on health services and allowing normality.
Covid will be around for years and a treatment to reduce the impact of the virus is what's needed, so its eventually like having a flu jab every year, or even better like taking a paracetamol hen you have a headache.

Someone is up to something as there are 10 x £10k trades showing from this morning.. all marked as sells on here but who knows as LSE isn't exactly accurate on showing sells/buys...

I'm all for free speech... what is so obvious is some people are hung up on the daily movements of the share price. If you are invested here you should know that biotech isn't a 24 hour turnaround and things take months if not years.. Having been here 10 years myself i know!!
I'm not surprised that a drop during a quiet period brings out all the doom and gloomers, who funnily enough vanish when the prices goes up...doesnt add much value just clogs up the board with obvious noise..
News will be announced when ready, and we can all make our calls then instead of panicking about the hourly price movements IMO
