'The license agreement will expire on the date of expiration of our obligation to pay royalties to CPF. Either party may terminate the license agreement if the other party materially breaches the license agreement, subject to certain cure provisions, and CPF may terminate the license agreement in certain limited circumstances as described in the license agreement. The license agreement may also be terminated at any time by us upon 90 days’ prior written notice to CPF.'
No mention of reinbursment.

These results are more than disappointing and it now seems to me like a lost cause...
been here a few years and seems like permanenent red...looks more and more a bit of a jolly for the boys rather than shareholder value

I dont believe Trim brought on a spike, I doubt very much he holds any...
Regardless of that, Whilst i can see the big picture ( been here since 2012), I wont stand by and let the likes of him and others nibble away at the edges and sow seeds of doubt and negativity in every single post. Not once has he posted anything positive about his investment and left it at that, he always ends on a negative...No value has been added by the numerous posts from said individual, amongst others, so sorry if you disagree...if you feel strongly enough about it block me.

Agreed... he is constantly trying to spread negativity and i'll continue to challenge him.

In 9 years here I dont think there has been such a new rich period ahead of us.
I for one am excited at the prospect of multiple RNS's over the coming weeks/months which will propel the SP much higher, multiples of where we are today.

Regarding GGP, i have that as dividends over the mining period, but if Juri hits then I'll review as it could explode.
Back to SAR and I am confident that something big is on the very near horizon here. there's too much good info being discovered and shared on here by some clever folk, they know who they are, plus the HNWI's and silence from the BOD to me is also a good sign at this point.
SAR and GGP are my life savers as my others are performing shamefully

The hit on GGP is frustrating I agree, but i am 100% sure it will come good.. they cant unwind the gold and the mine is now being dug so its just a matter of time there.
Been here since 2012 and holding every single one of my 2M tickets here as paper profit is is looking great but waiting just a short while to turn it into actual profit, and as confident here as I am in GGP.. buses as they say!! haha
Hoping that drink might be on one of Thoths fleet of yachts at the launch party haha
