Debacle, I see it as the other way round. I feel they will focus more on DEBS and Karen Millen with the young fashion brands taking a back-seat. It is clear there is no competition when going against the likes of Shein. We are being decimated by them with the loophole still firmly open. But for how long?

With the flurry of takeover activity emerging here in the UK and the position that this Group finds itself in with Big Mike already having a substantial stake and the business guaranteed for at least another year with refinancing secured this is poised for a takeover offer. This is still a considerable sized business with GMV Circa £2billion a year!

This is going to get interesting from here. Not a time to sell in my opinion…60p target

If Shein were interested in taking TOPSHOP what makes you think they would not be interested in BOO? Especially if they have been re-buffed by the LSE to list. The could use BOO to reverse take over and take all the brands and UK infrastructure at the same time as gaining a investment arm to raise cash.

Show's how undervalued BOO....£200m more they could of got BOO which generates 4x as much revenue!

I’d personally be very surprised if Kamani sanctions the sale of any brands. For me it’s more of a publicity stunt to show how undervalued the group is…Remember the broker note a few years ago saying how BOO lacked an international distribution centre. Well he took note of that and opened one and look where that got us. He’s got a lot of skin in the game and will want the SP to move north more than anyone else.

I’m liking the new clobber too Tradey! More than likely a whole lot more profitable than our going out fashion wear due to the much smaller returns rate.

Okay so Panmure say the group is worth £800m if broken up. How much is it worth if it returns back to profitable growth whilst reducing Net Debt?
