BOO looking a lot more investable/stronger than ASOS. It’s been a bit of a shambles over there, whilst we have moved to take strategic positions in other companies to help diversify our overall proposition. Well done BOO board!

Kheldar we might not be out of the water yet but I believe the main reason why we have seen big reductions today/yesterday is because of the declaration that the FED is pausing interest rate hikes for now!

It’s safe to say that now is the time to load up, inflation falling, interest rates remaining stable, taking out rev beauty on the cheap, us distribution opening, shipping cost down, fuel cost falling, India partnership, court settlements closed the list goes on!!

So we are sitting at 2016 valuations here, revenue at that time hitting £195m and EBITDA Of £18m. We are either crazy undervalued now or it was massively overvalued then.

News emerging over there, can we see these coming out of suspension and it having a positive impact over here?

PF I think DR is a risky bet. The idea behind the fall is that when the shoes are in they do well, investors believe that the shoes current desirability is starting to tail off again. So even on the back of good results they do not think these results will remain as strong going forward.

How much profit will BOO make full year 2023/2024?? Headwinds receded massively from post pandemic highs! Could really use a strengthening of the pound here.

Sounds like a load of crap to me…no wonder business’ don’t like to operate in the UK they constantly get slated. Wouldn’t be surprised if BOO takes they’re operation overseas for less money and hassle if this nonsense keeps going on!
