Seingred - The SAG mill, Mark stated this wasn't probably any cheaper than if he had ordered one designed to suit, a bit better than last time asked this question where he said he didn't know hadn't looked into it. However MC quite rightly pointed out saving on the design fees would be significant. The other big plus he said when ordering was it brought forward the timescales by 12months. Again smoke and mirrors as the company in Tuscan designing the rest of the mill to suit as we speak, this needs completed and probably finance raised before we ever get on order the rest of the parts required. 2024 at best in my view.

From the last roll out of the old presentation during the Q&A's Justin asked MC when first gold pour, MC hesitated and when pushed if 2023 replied yeah and had a good think, didn't look confident and said yes end of 2023. O take this as 2024 at the earliest.

Bringing the SAG mill in 12months early is only any use if we get everything else in.

Also I do think toll milling will happen but woth Mako on a smaller scale as think Calibre unless we sign a ****ty deal have the cards in there favour as don't need a deal with condor.

Selling thenwhile operation is the name of the game for Condor and the full production is smoke and mirrors imo. I say this due to all he extensive drilling proving up grades lied to the reluctance to have pfs rewritten, I know its being done now but should have been done ages ago. Again imo.

Also the design of the plant why only restart that now after ten years surely we had a full working concept of what was required.

If land isn't an issue then why does MC feel the need to derogatory name call the land owners he can't get a deal done with. Do think we can get the land acquired if pay over the odds, we want cheaper. Meet in middle and get it done, then not an issue.

As siengred rightly points uot miners can be militant, spiteful and stubborn(even in the UK... for those old enough to remember) Militant miners can cause bad headlines and if a new regime come in and want to show they are for the people then the "non-issue" could become a big issue.

Not sure if after the 30day period we can just start mining around the miners land but would this not also be terrible publicity.

For what it's worth I also think and have always thought MC doesn't want to actually be in charge when mining production starts. The dates get kicked down the road far too often etc. However he does need to keep pushing on as no bid may ever come.

The recent (last few months) change of plan to drill the he'll out of the sites to prove up what's in the ground and the BFS to me make it look like done on request.

Get the conditions met so mining can start, prove 5mill oz site and own the land. Tick all 3 before any potential takeover can happen. I reckon maybe around Sept/ Oct a bid will be forthcoming.

I agree ISA, if its the same old same old why do it now and not later in the visit, unless small news now leading to bigger news at end of Nicaragua stay. Hopefully some material news to get us rocking.

I really hope the land is sorted once and for all, followed by a toll mill agreement. These are my two short term priorities I'm looking for, followed closely by the order placement of the rest of the equipment required (although think this will take longer as the US firm involved in design stated they needed a bit of time to do so)

I'm thinking of getting more eth over next few days if stays around this level. At present I am completely risk free other than current value of profits I left in being diminished, however they are only really profit or loss if sold. Do think they will come back over the next few months and I'll do the same take out as soon as stake doubled. Good money too be made in my opinion, strikecoin holding up reasonably well all things considered and big news looks to be around the corner (in talks with major investors and public share offer on the trade Strike Ltd currently suspended due to an offer. The strike coin via tokenisation will facilitates all sales of assets on the platform. Well worth a small side punt away from eh already established ones.

Meme coins collapsing which will be good longer term for the Crypto industry. Talk of the Crypto space being decimated for good never to return is stated by green eyed envious onlookers, I should know as up until a few months ago I was one of them.

Gold is here to stay. Let's just hope Condor get the timing right to capitalise on the current prices.

Good point, although Ross Beattys shareholding is only very small according to MC latest video appearance. Do may not rocket the share price. For Jim Mellon this also is an option.

I agreen with you ISA gold will always be the main sage haven, BTC I think will always be around as well but I don't ever see it over taking actual physical gold. Other cryptos with real life uses and not just stores of value or memes will also be around for years to come.
Really hope MC come out with a blockbuster RNS from this trip to Nicaragua, we are definitely due one, especially with the permit timescales etc. Even if we sneak it through via a loophole would be good to see the requirements properly ticked of.

I agree, don't have any issues with rewarding with decent money, however don't pay upfront such a big wage think 100k plus extras at kpi milestones would be the best way to go. Also I think it's disgusting the low.level of shares he holds in the company and is the sole reason I don't invest more heavily. If he believes it will be a success then why not buy a decent amount of shares at fair market price to instill confidence.

Nothing surprises me with condor anymore...... would just be good to get RB out and take the shackles off. Hope Randy still committed.

As for RB he still has a large number of shares to offload so if he is still selling good news arriving will hopefully see his remaining bag gobbled up quickly, otherwise it will be holding us back a while longer.
