Nero,
Thanks for your response, appreciated to know that I'm thick for the following reasons:
1. Investing in the gold mine helps you tell your kids your making the world a better place - Gold is not used in EV or anything else for that matter which helps reduce carbon footprint. Yes copper, lithium etc. Mining is a very dirty industry for the eco system as is crypto funnily enough. For your reference I've invested a lot more in shares and n particular Condor alone than my small time dabble with crypto.
2. Charity. If you don't trust the right charity's then run/assist your own. I by the way am a very charitable person ontwo fronts both giving my time and donating where I have researched to ensure cash is used correctly.
3. Nought to show for it. I stand by this as it seems my charity show no bounds with Condor, 11 years invested helping support the SP which I am still in the red, even after being "forced" to average down to keep my paper losses to a minimum. If you think 11yrs with no dividends or profit in sp is acceptable then good luck making any money. Condor has fantastic potential, sometimes I get very bullish on it and even just 4 months ago put in another 10grand as (the end of the rainbow was in site) this in hindsight was my own bad judgement and no one else's.
For all the can't see past Mark Child brigade, remember hes been paid rather well over the years ( it think 6 figures p.a.?), and yes is invested I know but that doesn't make him some kind of god that doesn't make mistakes. For the record I like Mark Child just think he's comes across dour and not very exiting at PR which often doesn't help Condor, and if I may say so a little smug.
Maybe I am thick but 11years investment in red = good return because I'm assisting a great cause doesn't do it for me. Wish I had only heard about Condor this week as 2-3years for decent returns is acceptable in my investment thinking.
We have had funding over the years and in fact recently are losing thwbinvestment of the billioniare and mining guru Ross Beaty etc. and in my opinion these years were a missed opportunity as if foresight had been applied we would already be proven up to 5m oz and probably sold, no more dilution on its way I'm afraid to say.
I unlike Tester think a toll mill still may happen and keep my fingers crossed as that cash would be crucial to minimising any dilution to all of our shareholdings.
